If you’re a newcomer visiting the city and interested in seeing Mumbai’s tourism district on foot, this tour is tailored for you. Showcasing the numerous tourist sights in Mumbai, this itinerary fittingly commences at the Asiatic Society building, also known as the Old Town Hall. From there, we stroll by the Horniman Circle Garden, and make our way to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Along the way, we’ll encounter the Kala Ghoda region, Mumbai’s cultural and artistic hub. Ultimately, our journey wraps up just outside the dockyard, the birthplace of Bombay’s trade history.

Fantastic experience hearing the stories of the Fort district - We had a great experience and our guide, Nimisha, was an excellent storyteller with a ton of knowledge. She made us feel very comfortable to ask any questions we had, and the tour helped offer a genuine insight into Mumbai today and how it got here. Highly recommended!

Bombay Heritage Walk - Aman Walia is a joy to walk with. Knowledgeable, humorous and extremely respectful, Aman walked us on a tour through stories. He paced his walk carefully so that we traced the history along with his storytelling. We came to Bombay after 16 years, and it he made it sound new and fresh. Highly recommended

Nimisha - Fort Walk - We had an excellent guide - Nimisha - who regaled us with stories of the Fort area. She brings history to life, one story at a time. You must ask her to tell you the stories of the spices - cinnamon and pepper!
Starting on the famous steps, we took in film sets, the old stock exchange, Horniman crescent and a beautiful cathedral.
We enjoyed an excellent chai - one of the best in Mumbai! As well as some delicious Parsi bread and butter.
I cannot recommend this tour or our guide highly enough.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Nasreen – Our Guide Extraordinaire! - Spending the morning with Nasreen and her colleagues on our IWD Heritage Walk organised for our women's employee resource group in C&W was nothing short of a joy! From the moment we started, she brought not just deep knowledge and historical insight, but also an infectious energy that made the walk feel like a journey through time—with a friend.
Her ability to weave stories, anecdotes, humour, and history together was truly special. She didn’t just show us buildings—she introduced us to the people, the struggles, and the spirit that shaped Mumbai. Our company’s Mumbai Heritage Walk with No Footprints was an unforgettable experience, thanks to Nasreen, our incredible guide. Her deep knowledge, engaging storytelling, and humor brought the city’s history to life.
Starting from Wellington Mews, we explored Colaba, Kala Ghoda, and Azad Maidan, discovering hidden architectural gems and fascinating stories. Even after 40 years in Mumbai, I saw buildings in a completely new light! Nasreen’s passion and insights made the walk both enriching and entertaining.
