- You were going to step in a different world ,This tour cannot be compare with Universal studio tour at Hollywood amusement park, studios size in India are smaller comparatively to Hollywood .

Magic experience, with the best of guides! - Our guide, Raul, looked great with us, giving us a detailed and immersive visit to each of the film sets, allowing us to even dramatize and record ‘scenes’ between us, on the real stages, which at the time were not in film. Raul even took us to visit a plate to observe the recording of the popular series 'Como nos reunimos', allowing us to talk with the director himself, as well as with the technical staff, who explained interesting his work. The point was when I talked with the leading actress, Akanksha Pal, to talk and take pictures with us! Equally beautiful was when he took us to a room where he introduced us and explained the behind-the-scenes scenes after movies and cult scenes of the studio, some of them nominated for best foreign film at the Oscars. We were introduced to live Boolliwood-style dance choreographies, ending with a final segment in which the audience participated, Raul kindly took photos and videos throughout our experience. So you know, if you're going to do the Bollywood tour, don't forget to request that it be given by the best of all guides: Raul!

Great experience - We did a tour with Rahul and we had a fantastic time. We saw some live filming (meet one of the actor), different sets, props, costumes. We learnt about post production, pictures and sound. We saw a performance of Bollywood dancers and did some dancing ourselves. We also got to record our own singing! It was a great day. Rahul is very knowledgeable and know his way around the studio very well. This is a must do in Mumbai.

Best Bollywood and Slumtour in town - Rahul was a great guide, showed us all the highlights and took great care of us. Would 100% recommend this when in Mumbai!

Your was perfect and excitedly as described - I had an amazing time participating in this tour during my quick stay in Mumbai. Rahul was a great guide ensuring that I saw the must see attractions of Mumbai before I had to depart. The highlight was definitely being able to get BTS insight of how television series are filmed. Totally recommend this if you just to get a general idea of what Mumbai has to offer. Especially for a solo traveller.

Elephant island & Bollywood tour with Sunil who met us and arranged the ferry, Pankaj who is an island local, and Jaya - We had a fantastic tour with Sunil on the ferry and Pankaj our guide on the island who was very informative ! Jaya who was very friendly and informative and waited 2 hours as our car was in traffic. We had a very tasty meal and saw some filming , walked around the sets and recorded a karaoke song!!

Go to Bollywood to see how it works 😉 - It was very nice trip. The guide told us many interesting stories about making movie in Bollywood. The dance performance was entertaining.

Our tour guide Divya was... - Our tour guide Divya was very knowledgeable and brought the whole studio experience to life. Experiencing Dharavi with her was wonderful and she had grown up there and bringing her own personal experiences into it made it so memorable. She was one of the best tour guides I have ever had !

SJ Studios - Our guide Jayshree, showed us around SJ Studio's. We did karaoke, watch 2 dramas being filmed and looked at many sets. It was a great morning.
We even rubed shoulders and smiled with the greatest director and Bollywood stars.

Lovely tour!! but confusion with the start time - Rahul was excellent!! Very patient and answered all of our questions, took his time with us and showed us all around the studio and made sure we were comfortable. He even provided me with a very generous gift that I thought was very kind of him!! He was great at multi tasking and taking videos and pictures so that we’d have memories. I am a solo female traveler and there were 3 total in our small group. I felt safe and Rahul was attentive. Highly recommend Rahul!
My concern is with the booking process. There was a lot of confusion over the time and meeting location. TripAdvisor does not have an option for the time. I had to send multiple emails to the company asking for the meetup time. There was no response so I called the office and still I had to wait for someone to contact me. It was very frustrating to not know how to prepare for the day as transportation is at least an hour to get to the studio and I wanted to experience other tours and adventures. I had family visiting for half the day and they did not participate in this tour because of the confusion with the time. I encourage management to add the time option to TripAdvisor to eliminate confusion.
Other than the tour was a lot of fun and Rahul was excellent!
