1. Booking Confirmation
   After completing your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you by Viator. Our team will also contact you if further details are required.

2. Pre-Trip Driver Details
   The day before your journey, you will receive an email with the driver’s name, vehicle details, and contact information.

3. Optional Meet & Greet (Airport Pickup)
   For airport pickups, a meet & greet service with a name sign in the arrival hall is available as an optional extra. A detailed map of the pickup location will be provided.

4. Communication
   All communication will be conducted via WhatsApp. Please ensure your flight number and WhatsApp contact are correct for seamless coordination.

5. Pick-Up
   For airport pick-up, the driver will arrive at your scheduled time and wait for 30 minutes. Please schedule your pickup time at least 90 minutes after landing to accommodate immigration and baggage claim. For hotel pick-up, the driver will wait at the entrance for up to 15 minutes.

6. Ride to Destination
   Enjoy a private ride in a clean, comfortable vehicle (Alphard or Hiace) driven by a professional driver. Please note that no guide or commentary is included.

7. Drop-Off
   You will be dropped off directly at your specified location — whether it be a hotel, airport, or any designated stop within the service area.

8. After-Service
   Your feedback is important to us! If you enjoyed the ride, please consider leaving a 5-star review. For any inquiries, feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email.
