Exciting and very professional! - My friends and I had a great experience on the two- hour tour through Mostar. We started by visiting places apart from the tourist center of Mostar (around the old bridge) and were introduced to the Austro Hungarian episodes in the city. Therefore Mirko showed us the still standing or destroyed buildings, that were build during the episode of Austro Hungarian reign and he introduced us to the changes of culture and enjoyment that came with the new rulers. Afterwards we approached the old bridge and the old town and he showed us a very nice wine store, that had a great collection of local and international wines. At the end of the tour, we enjoyed a coffee with Mirko in a nice Café. It was nice for us to learn more about Mirkos perspective on the city and its cites, because his way of guiding was influenced by his profession as a writer who knows a lot about local literature and poetry and the connection to the city. However, at the end we felt overwhelmed with the amount of information and were happy to conclude the tour with a coffee to discuss the heard in a more relaxed atmosphere.
