- To ensure a smooth experience, have a pick-up plan for the tour’s end, remember to bring photo ID, read and sign the Pedal Pub® Release of Liability Waiver, complete the e-waiver beforehand, and arrive at least 15 minutes early; riders must be ages 21+.
- Please remember not to arrive intoxicated, avoid bringing hard alcohol on board due to legal restrictions, bring an appropriate amount of beverages (2-3 drinks per person), and always consume responsibly while showing respect.
- Always listen to your Pilot.
- Don’t forget to bring water, snacks, and ensure your phone is fully charged..

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a 85% refund if they cancel one week prior to your scheduled route. No refunds are offered if they cancel less than a week before the tour. However, if we are able to fill the spot with another group, we will offer a 85% refund – the sooner we know, more likely we will be able to fill the spot. If you do not show up for the scheduled route, you will be charged in full.
