Excellent - Great experience half hour on jet ski happily use these guys again helpfull and polite. Anfi as a backdrop the jet ski course gives nice views, could see our hotel in Puerto Rico 😁

Great service ,good value. - Awesome time on the jet ski we booked 30 minutes on the circuit, from Anfi lift out to jet ski on the boat then a good number of times around my daughter was very happy , the staff are very polite and helpfull and the guys in the water took great care of us . Good advice and great fun . Good value for money coming back tomorrow to rent kayaks .

Jetski - I think this experience was something that is totally worth it! I have never drove a jetski before and it was easy to understand the instructions from the guide!! Love to do it nex time!!

Very helpful - During my week stay at Anfi I used this company twice for pedalos and once for the jet ski circuit. I felt the staff did their absolute best despite the large volumes of people, languages and extreme heat. It was well organised, all equipment was fully functional and clean and made a great experience. Even more so the staff went above and beyond to get my jet ski photos to me after I had left it to late and had to leave shortly after coming in land. Will definitely be using them again next year, and would recommend 👌

Staff amazingly helpful with wheelchair user!! - We went to speak to the water sports staff as I (age 27) am a full time electric wheelchair user here with my parents, one grandparent and my cousin (age 17) and I wanted to know if I’d be able to do any of their activities - the answer? Pretty much anything (on the basis that I can’t stand up, fly boarding is probably beyond me!). They said to tell them what I wanted to do and they would help find a way to get me on there. So I decided to take my cousin on a jet ski! They boarded me at one point, happy to help where needed although I’m far too heavy to be completely lifted. I am able to transfer myself without a hoist and can transfer between surfaces of different levels to some extent so that helped. With much less fuss than I expected we were on board and had a fantastic time zooming around on the jet ski. We even managed to swap round mid ride so my cousin had a go to drive too, the staff came out on the boat and helped with this manoeuvre. They could not have been more helpful and returned me to the marina where we reunited me with my wheelchair - I can’t wait to see the pictures. It was a really fun experience that I had enquires about fully expecting a resounding ‘no’ but it has encouraged me to try some other things over the next few days! Thank you so much to the staff at Luis Molina water sports at Playa del Anfi, you’ve made our holiday more adventurous than I’d imagined possible!

Awful service,unfriendly. - My daughters wanted to do parasail of the back of a boat, so we paid 90 euros and were told to be back for 2.30pm. I watched from a distance and noticed my children and 3 other couples were still waiting after 30 minuets. I talked to the chap who said he had been waiting.LIAR! THEE OTHER COUPLES WERE ALSO WAITING! Be careful using these unhelpful money grabbers. This is not a personal trip either. You will go out with a full boat and have to wait up to two hours for everyone else to have their turn. We travel a lot and this is the worst watersports service I've ever used.Oh ,and the 30 mins lost waiting for the seller was taken off of the boat time. Unimpressed and staff totally unfriendly.

Grumpy Rude Staff on a Boaring Square, Circuit. - Greated by a grumpy, couldn't care less lady who really could not be arsed in helping customers. Most staff gave the appearance of being underpaid and unhappy in their work. The only really nice, polite and friendly person was the guy who brought me back to the beach after parking the jet ski. Maybe this business has run its course or maybe they just need to do a course in customer service but i wont be going back. Jet ski circuit is a square that you are not allowed to deviate from in any way at all, you can only ride in straight lines and take the corners laid out by the course. Even though i was the only one on the circuit i could not take turns at all except around the markers. Quite boring to be honest.

Shocking service! - Visited today, booked for 6 people to go jet skiing which was great but the woman on the main desk was the rudest person I have ever come across in my life. On several occasions during the day she was so rude to all of us, even ignoring us when we were trying to ask her a question. The amount of money we had spent doing the water sports to be treated like that I find absolutely disgusting. I would highly recommend the water sports but the staff there are extremely rude and un helpful!!!
