We loved it! - We didn’t have a lot of time so we selected to do the mini workshop. It was great, Ernesto was very informative and super patient. Even though we were all adults, we had so much fun using our creativity. Definitely recommend!

Tasting passion! - I had the pleasure of meeting Romy at Chocomueso de Miraflores/Lima. It was a pleasant moment with a total discovery of chocolate making and its history: from cocoa, 5 times millennia old to chocolate which is less than 3 centuries old. Romy is passionate about her work, a passion she kindly shared with us, as well as tasting all the flavors of chocolate. We left enchanted and we strongly recommend this escapade in this "museum" of cocoa / chocolate: a visit to do, do not forget that Peru is the country at the origin of cocoa!...

A different experience for the whole family - I was visiting Lima with my children and that afternoon I was looking for what to do with them. I wanted a different experience and found chocomuseo. I wrote to them and their attention from the start was quick and friendly. My children loved the experience because it is complete, you know about cocoa, the process to turn it into chocolate and you also prepare your own. Most recommended ooooo!!

A delicious experience - My husband and I did the mini workshop as the timing fit our schedule better than the longer (& more geared towards adults) bean-to-bar workshop. Romy was our teacher, and she is a delightful human with a great sense of humour and passion for all things chocolate. The chocolates we made were delicious, and the history was very interesting. Even if you don’t have kids, I wouldn’t hesitate to do the mini workshop if that’s all you have time for, it was a blast. Thanks Romy!

Fun - I love being able to make my own chocolate bar and all the ingredients to it that I wanted. It was a fun experience but what also made it worth it was the information on where chocolate comes from and how it is produced. They also had an actual cocao seed with beans inside to try and then proceeded to let you know how it is processed. They also had you try different grades of dark chocolate for you taste the difference. My tour guide was awesome, she had a very unique name that I sadly cannot recall. This whole place was very cute and had great items to try and buy. The workshop took about 1 hour to complete which worked for me since I didn’t want to spend 2 hours though the other workshop sounds amazing.

Due to a mistake in the timezone change, we didn't do it on time they were so kind to reschedule it one hour later even though it was almost at night. We were provided with a cup of chocolate and a lot of different toppings to choose, and basically it was about creating your chocolates, using whatever you want. They even had coca podwer! then, they gave us a tour covering the history of chocolate.</p>
