For Chocolate Lovers - It was only three of us so it was very intimate and enjoyable. The young woman who ran the experience was absolutely amazing. So cool to try a bunch of different types of chocolate and learn the history behind it
10/10 would recommend doing this, especially for the price.

Must do in Lima - Steffany was absolutely brilliant. It was so fun and amazing to learn a new skill but also an industry that we don’t know a lot about. The chocolate is absolutely delicious and I loved learning about how it’s made. The venue is within the Inka market so try and look for that big red sign and it’s in the middle of a square and the lessons are covered but still outside so still warm.

Fun and informative class on all things chocolate! - This is an intimate class taught in a shaded area outside of the small ChocoMuseo location. The ChocoMuseo provides all materials. Our instructor Stefani spoke both English and Spanish, and she guided us through the history of cocoa bean and chocolate-making. Because of the setting time required, you will make your chocolate bars first, then the instructor will go back to the beginning of the process of harvesting, drying, and preparing the cocoa beans for foods and drinks. This class is a great way to involve the kids (ours were 8 and 12 and were totally onboard), and an excellent way to learn about Peru and its agricultural history.

Great Solo Activity - It was absolutely wonderful. Met tons of solo travelers and was a cute activity. You even got to take home chocolates. 10/10. Also you are in the Inka Plaza so you can grab souvenirs as well.

Tasty and fun - Fun activity to spend a couple free hours if you have extra ones. It's outside so take that into account when dressing for the day (there's a roof but no windows). The lady that assisted us was very knowledgeable but her speaking voice could've been a bit higher to be able to hear her better, specially when in a loud environment (takes place at market). Loved tasting the different cacao drinks.

Chocolate lovers will LOVE this!!!! - Had the best experience with Anna. She’s funny, knowledgeable, sweet and speaks very good English. First you make your chocolate from molds you choose with plenty of mix-ins available. You also get the history of the making of chocolate. We tasted tea made out of the bean shells and we also made hot chocolate which was delicious. We got a tasting of chocolates ranging from 100% cocoa to 52% cocoa. It was definitely worth doing.

Fun but would have preferred milk chocolate! - Our experience was overall fun. however, when we asked to use milk chocolate we were told they only had dark chocolate. We overheard another group ask for milk chocolate which they were provided. Our kids don't like dark chocolate so they didn't get to enjoy what they made. While the kids on the table behind us were making theirs with milk chocolate. The workshop otherwise was nice. The instructor was not the most social either and did not have too much passion or energy but she got better as the workshop progressed.
