Additional Information

Join our exclusive ghostly walking tour of Milwaukee’s historic Third Ward, known for its haunting tales. As Wisconsin’s largest city with a rich industrial history, it’s expected that the city teems with tales of apparitions which your guide will animate for you!

During the middle of the 19th century, the Third Ward was colloquially known as the Blood Third due to the rampant street gangs and violence. It was also the site of grand hotels, significant businesses, and industrious families - leading to many years of notoriety clashes in the district.

In 1892, consecutive fires devastated the Third Ward and the wider city, giving birth to chilling stories about mediums foretelling the fires, sabotage accusations and revenge plots - there’s even a tale from the fire chief who said a voice in his dreams alerted him to the fires before his colleagues knew about them.

Our private eerie tour lasts two hours, covering just under two miles and suitable for all age groups, as long as children are accompanied by adults.

Even thought it was... - Even thought it was extremely windy and cold the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and fun. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone new to the city or even a local.
