GREAT SERVICE - as last year I took the shuttle Milan Central - Bergamo Airport. Great Service, friendly and fast multiethnic staff. Arrived on time at destination. Council

HORRIBLE - Terrible service. We had to wait until the bus filled. It was 30 minutes late. Really uncomfortable seats. Unacceptable. Never again. And the same experience last year with them in Paris.

Gross. - Dishonesty of people who say they make tickets because they are leaving. Then the others leave, and they won't refund your ticket. Really dishonest and rude people.

Corrupt - The bus driver (spoke no English) did not go to the destination but always turned wrong, following a route unknown to us. He said that there was a construction site we had to go around. We then ended up in a dead end, with passengers panicking. After several passengers had lined up to show him the way to the destination, we arrived at the destination after 3 hours. On this way, however, he always wanted to take a wrong turn. The police were waiting at the destination.

Kidnapping - The bus driver did not drive us to Milan but to a dead end street outside the city. Everyone panicked he didn't speak a word of English and didn't let anyone off the bus. The company just pushed us away on the phone. After several passengers rebelled against the bus driver and threatened him, he drove under the supervision of a passenger to the Central Station in Milan, where the bus was then unparked by police.

Problems at the Departure - We bought two tickets at 12:20 p.m., then packed our bags and sat on the bus. After only 5 minutes, we were forced to get off and transfer our luggage to another bus, taking back our seats to leave again. However, after 10 minutes of driving, we went back to the starting point and after another 10 minutes, we finally left. A negative experience that we hope not to have to repeat in the future.

Bad experience - BAD EXPERIENCE, the day before I went to the stop where indicated TERRAVISION, I was at the indicated time, after 1 hour the bus did not pass, I had to take a taxi. When I make the claim, they explain that the bus leaving was not from terravision but from another company. They started subletting the Service and they don't notify you in the emails. They do not take over and for more than one contract from the terravison page you can touch any bus, total scam, nefata Enterprise.
