The driver and check in person were great but a couple that hadn’t checked in went right to the van and that didn’t leave room for a party of 8 that were going to the same port as us to get on our shuttle. So instead of a full shuttle going to one ship only we had only 6 people on our shuttle and the driver had to drop the couple off at a different ship first so it took longer to get to our ship. None of this was the staff’s fault but it still made for much longer ride.
