Well we told the car will be 5 minutes away when you call it took almost one hour and we have 2 kids was very hard to stand out for 50 minutes with the kids

Our driver was waiting at the wrong terminal even though I had provided our airline. On top of that, we had ordered two seats and the driver said he wasn’t informed about the request. Very disappointed.
