Had the best experience renting from Biscayne Bay Paddle and Kayaks. Rick called us ahead of our reservation providing us with parking options due to the Miami beach spring break limitations, detailed every path we could take on the boards, explained how we would depart and get back, gave us complimentary waterproof phone holders and bag to put our belongings in, and overall amazing customer service. Incredibly personable, considerate, and professional. Will 100% recommend to anyone looking to paddleboard or kayak and will certainly be back!
