Fun in Miami - Enjoyed Little Havana as well as the shopping center. I wish they would still go through Coral Gabels. Good value.

Good tour- be sure of sticker given - Enjoyed your on bus. Little Havana could have been shorter. Enjoyed boat tour. They did not give me the correct sticker for bus tour and boat tour, so I had to take extra time before boat tour to get straight. I didn’t know this until he was talking about this on tour. I have her my ref# icket on app.

Extremely bad service. - The worse things about this tour were
1. The bus was late collecting us at the start.
2. The bus nearly left us in Little Havana even though we were back at the meeting point 5 mins early, the bus was pulling away.
3. Being abandoned at the pick up point at the end of the tour along with all the other people on the tour. This despite being at the pick up spot a half hour early. No communication, no messages, no nothing. Do not recommend Miami Tours and will never use them again.

Horrible experience - Waiting around for over an hour waiting to go on the cruise. Being left in the middle of nowhere by the bus driver. Having to pay an Uber to get back to our car & pay extra fees in parking because we go left in the middle of no where in Miami by our bus driver & getting no help from the tour company when we called them
