All went well, but the... - All went well, but the driver didn’t show up to pick up us after last event, called and waited over 1 hours, took uber back to hotel :(

Stay away from Miami Tours! - This experience was a disaster. It was overbooked so there wasn’t enough spaces on the busses. When we told the workers at Miami Tours they responded with “ I don’t care.” and walked away. They were unbelievably rude. We wound up waiting for a long time for the next bus and missed part of the tour. We were told that there are no refunds. Because they didn’t give any instruction or explanation there was a lot of pushing, shoving and verbal altercations when the bus arrive as people were worried about getting a seat. Again the workers didn’t care. It was extremely disorganized. No one knew what to do next. When we went to the counter to ask they walked away and talked amongst themselves in Spanish. I speak Spanish and they were saying negative things about the customers assuming I didn’t understand stand what they were saying. If you want to have a very stressful, unorganized day and want to waste your money feel free to book with Miami Tours. If you want to have a pleasant trip to Miami, stay away from Miami Tours.

need supervision - The transport from place to place was not organized well and in the end we too a $50 taxi ride to get back to the car. We saw the bus go by the pickup point and it just did not stop or return for a half hour or so...

Keep swiping and do NOT book this tour - Waited 4 hours for this tour to begin and wasted my only layover day basically waiting with extremely poor employee response or care. The guy sat with his feet propped up scrolling thru his phone and could care less that the 1pm Bus was arriving at 3 to begin our tour. He claimed that the bus portion would be over at 4:30 so I had plenty of time to make the 4:30 boat trip in the bay. I told him I had intl flight tonight and needed to be back at the hotel to retrieve luggage and head to the airport. Again— dismissive and you have plenty of time. The bus tour ended at 6pm and we were told the next cruise was 6:30pm. I said well I can’t go in it or I’ll miss my flight! Guide looked at me in confusion then agreed to take me back to the office. I tried to get a refund for the boat portion of the tour as THeY were the ones who were late nearly 2 hrs picking me up from the hotel. But nope. No refunds. And no apologies. The bus portion is not like regular hop on off— you get off together twice as a group with the guide 10 min for gelato and 39 min in Lil Havana which was the highlight of the day. Know before you go!!

Avoid at all costs - Started of well when visiting the Everglades. Would have liked perhaps another 15 minutes there. Hop on Hop of bus OK, but timings were not as advertised. Boat trip was awful. Arrived at the port at 5.15. We were told to be in the que @ 6.15pm for a 6.30 sail. The boat set off at 7.20pm. We were cold and the dusk sail was dark. We were told the bus would come back to pick us up to take us back to the starting point, but it never arrived resulting in a $54 taxi fare back to our hotel. The 9 hour trip turned into a 14 hour trip spoiling our plans for our last night in Miami.

HORRIBLE. Not what was promised - Do not use this tour company!!! Customer service was horrible. Employees were extremely rude. Times for the itinerary were wrong. The tour of miami was just a ride back and forth to different destinations. Tour guides were difficult to understand. Finally, they dropped us for the boat tour but didn’t tell us the boat was broken down and they had to limit it to 20 people 3 hours AFTER we were dropped off at the boat. Customer service inside could care less. Do Not use this company

The worst customer service. - Very disappointing!!!!! I bought a tour in Spanish and most of the time it was in English. The guide of the city tour was super hostile with a client who did the same tour of ours that only asked a question to which he answered very hostilely, this without needing to be. This situation happened in front of us and was a super uncomfortable situation. They never took us to the Art District to take pictures even though this is one of the activities we pay for. At the time of going on the tour in the boat they explained absolutely nothing and we wasted our time looking for the boat for which they found it was sold out and the next trip to take it was 3:30 hrs later and the boat service girl, who was equally hostile to all the passengers who asked why they had to wait 3:30 hrs if we had all bought the tickets in advance and as part of a tour dispatched the matter indicating that the one who sold us the tour knows what its availability is and that is something we had to claim it from the one who sold us the tour. Although I generally loved Miami, I would NEVER recommend buying tour packages for the hostile and negligent treatment we had. The only tour that was worth it was the Everglades and I distinguish the guide who took us who gave us a respect and diligence.

The tour to nowhere !! - This so called tour was about as organized as A band of braves on war path without a chief. There was no brochure whatsoever . the guides acted like any info was a big secret. Like totally classified. We wasted a whole day in miami when we could heve been chilling on a beach and saved 700.00 bucks. We missed the boat tour because they finally got us to the dock around dark thirty and dumped us in the middle of about 2000 people then just left us there to find our dock on our own witch we did after we talked to 3 other salesman with a suspicious gleam in there eye and wouldn't tell us where to find our dock.

Bad tour company. - This is the most unorganized tour we have ever been on. The itinerary is more of a suggestion, then what really happens. The guides are more interested in asking for tips, than actually running on time. It felt like the guides were just hustling us. The tour was over booked and was late for every pickup. They did not care. When we told the guide our concerns, they just dismissed us. For example we never had a market stop. The boat cruise, staff pointed where the ship was and we would have to find our own way back to the starting point, because their bus made it's last pickup one hour before the cruise ended. If you want a 3 ring circus, the clowns are here waiting for you. Go with another tour group if you want your day ruined.
