Explore Day - Doing this excursion earlier in the day is best. My partner and I did it around 3:00pm and it felt extra long. We only did the bus tour portion and not the cruise since the day was long and it started to drizzle. However, the tour guide was very informative and explained everything we passed by on the bus. I learned so much about the area and got to see millionaire homes!

Best way to cover top attractions in Miami - Great way to cover most of Miami attractions. Tour guide was very knowledgable, gave enough time at each stop and bonus was a boat ride along with bus tour. Worth the money and highly recommended!

You get what you pay for - No air con on bus at all music playing was horrible due to them using mic off an iPhone and multiple people did not enjoy it at all.

Awful - Got on the bus we didn’t know we had to register first it was 100° outside they made us get off said they would wait for us while we registered and they left. refused to refund our money.

Bus don't show up on time. - The wait time to be picked up from the picked up spot. The bus suppose to pick up every hour 4;30, 5:30 and 6:30. The 5:30 bus never showed up, so we had to wait an hour on the 630 bus. If you can't show up at these times change your pick up times, so people want be waiting for hours.

Traffic in Miami suggests not prepaying! - Miami traffic caised me to muss the tour. Additiinal 50% cost to reschedule. Nothing else to share except frustration
