Great experience - My husband and I booked a private airboat tour. Our guide was excellent! Funny, informative, and excited about the everglades. We saw 4 alligator nests and learned about the food sources. Then when we were done they had an alligator show and a nature walk where we saw an alligator sunning 3 ft from us.

Fantastic say - You may not see any alligators but the airboat ride is still worth it. The journey from Miami Beach also gives the visitor fantastic views of Miami

So much fun - The airboat ride was so much fun! We enjoyed learning about the Everglades and wildlife too. Captain Jack was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Service fee - Website says everything thing is in included but they are charging service fee for the state park entrance.

What you get is not the same as what it mentioned - The program is generally good. But there is US$2 pp that must be collected at the operator which is not mentioned before. More important, the visit place is not the same mentioned. It was not the Everglades National park.

Unprofessional - The men working behind the counter are very unprofessional. We paid for an Airboat excursion. We arrived an hour early, I could barely understand the men working there. I had to go up to the counter twice because 1) they never charged my fee and 2nd they never gave us stickers for our shirts. We finally took off a half hour late because they allowed people to keep coming in and signing up or they waited for people who went across the street to buy food so we waited and waited. Finally left a half hour later. We drove all the way to the park to find out that everything was canceled. When we returned all of a sudden on the counter, we’re all kinds of notices saying that if weather is bad, everything is canceled and there is no reimbursement. None of those signs were out when we first got there.
