Miami Bus/Boat Tour - My family really enjoyed the trip the flexibility, friendliest and having done slot of hop on hop of tours this combo was amazing and the cost was reasonable.

Definitely worth it - So fun! Went all over town by bus and boat for $35. Great snapshot of the city. Had a shot of espresso in Little Havana and stopped at the pier for 35 minutes and had the most delicious pabellón empanadas there (on our own) before the boat tour. The tour guide Pablo was fantastic.

City Tour in the Rain! A+ - From checking in to dropping off. Everything was great. The knowledgeable guide did his thing. Even though the rain came down it didn’t stop the fun. Met a lot of nice people

Nice tour - The tour guide was very nice. The office staff was not helpful, and were rude. Due to heavy rains we were not able to go on the boat tour and they did not offer to change the boat time to another day.

From start to finish the... - From start to finish the experience was disappointing. The lady behind the counter spent more time on her phone then serving customers. Booked the tour for 2pm but was told it was now full so had to take 3pm instead with no apology. During the tour we seem to be pressured into buying expensive drinks and constantly told to tip staff. But the worst bit off the trip was waiting for 1 hour and 55 minutes after we left the boat tour, to be pick up for the trip back to home.

Do not recommend this city and boat tour - Disorganized tour , the tour guide was not knowledgeable. There was not enough guidance at the stop. It would have nice to have the opportunity to stop at the Wynnwall museum and the hop on again. It really was not a true hop on and off. We had the boat tour option and we were very disappointed that there were not enough seats or shade. The"pirate ship" was old and shabby with uncomfortable seats. We ended up leaving the boat tour before it launched. You should rethink a true hop on hop off and upgrade the boat for a better experience.

It is sooooo awful and baaaad - It was awful, I had booked online for 2pm on March 4th, when I got there, the receptionist of the company said with a very bad tone and attitude that they had no plans for 2pm and I had to come back at 3pm, and they had not given me any information about the time change and said it was none of our business, I waited there for 1 hour. During the tour, they did not complete the tour in its entirety and the worst part of the tour was that they left us on the street and no bus came to take us back and when I called the company, they did not answer and we (12 people) had to take an Uber and go back at our own expense. This was the worst experience I had in Miami and this company was awful, lying, irresponsible and unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone.

No facilities available - Make sure you have access to a restroom before your trip. the public ones at the near by park were locked, there were none at the check in. . By the time the situation was resolved the tour had left.
