Double and triple check this company when booking. - We attended the front desk at Raddison blue at Golden Sands and spoke with a very nice lady who booked it in and we paid. That was on Wednesday 23rd at about 130 pm. We were booked (4 of us, 3 Adults and one child) for Thursday the 24th. It was confirmed. The lady taking the booking also confirmed that I was a coeliac and my daughter was lactose intolerant. The lady showed me the confirmation of the bookings and the allergies. At about 8:50 the following morning, we were sitting in reception waiting for the pick up. At 9:25 your employee tried to contact Gozo Pride to find out where the van was. After several conversations we were told a Taxi was coming to get us. I should’ve cancelled then as clearly it was all messed up. However, I made the mistake of continuing on. The Taxi then took us to the wrong harbour. He had no advice for us other than this is where I was told to take you. I’m in a foreign country with my wife and two children not knowing what to look for or who to look for? Finally after making some phone calls I get instructed to follow a particular path to another harbour some hundred metres away. I don’t understand understand what I’m looking at. I’m in a foreign land. Eventually we catch up with the tour guide and things went south from here. Clearly people have been sitting on this boat for quite some time waiting for us to arrive. The death stares and dagger looks that we received from all of these people as if, through no fault of our own own, we were the cause of their delay and of their days being mucked.  We had to cop it. People shuffled so that we had nowhere to sit. The atmosphere was quite distressing. We then head out through the harbour on an overloaded boat that was registered for 34 passengers and two crew. The boat had more than 34 passengers on board and went into what I considered to be a level 2 to 3 sea condition. (I recently retired Australian Coast Gaurd). The boat took several extremely large waves on the port beam Allowing large amounts of water and into the boat and over all those in the back half of the boat. I personally was drenched from top to bottom. People were being heaved about in what I considered to be dangerous conditions. An overloaded boat in extremely rough seas. We arrive at Gozo. Most of the day went without any concerns as the tour itself was quite good however somewhat delayed. Several people on the boat gave us an extremely cold shoulder and a couple of people wanted to know why we were so late. As I said the tour itself was quite good however cut short due to the late start. Eventually we dried off which made the first part of the tour somewhat uncomfortable. We were assured by Mark from Gozo pride that we had been included on the Van list when we got back to Malta. We noted all during the day that we did not make it onto any list that we observed. Again an overloaded boat was sent back to Malta with us on board in somewhat less seas condition. On arriving at Malta all the passengers disembarked and we walked up to the four vans. People jumped on the vans and we asked the drivers, all four of them, which one was taking us.  Again, we had not been put on any list and therefore we were standing in the middle of the car park with four vans driving off with all these people just staring at us.  The operator of the boat tried to intervene and yelled at the vans to take us. They just drove away. As the head of the family, I arranged this great day out which turned into an absolute disaster. I had to then scramble to get a taxi to get us all back to the motel which was an experience in itself. As I said, the actual tour is good. Dealing with the company for other matters is extremely poor. Our experience with Gozo Pride was very poor.
