A great day out! - Note: It was a day cruise we did, there isn't an option to choose that above on this page. Lorna from Supreme Travel told us about the boat trip to Gozo, Comino and the blue lagoon. She was really friendly and you can catch her on the main sea front in a little booth. She explained the trip, the route, the boat types and we chose the above tour. She was also kind enough to point us up the road to look for Hotels, one of which we booked so thank you Lorna for that as well! The trip was great, we had a boat with an upper sun deck, ask for that boat if you're a sun worshipper as it's not always available. It's a little bit more to pay onboard but worth it if you like the sun, It's got loungers and wasn't crowded when we enjoyed it. There's a payable bar on board for drinks and snacks, a wide selection of drinks and cocktails and two other decks in the shade. The boat trip is a longer one which we really liked, off to Gozo via Comino and a swim stop. You get off in Gozo and take an included open top bus to Victoria the capital. A quick look around and the fort is amazing so head for that. If you're not a strong swimmer take a noodle or float as there aren't any on board but they will lend you a lifejacket which obviously will keep you afloat but it's bulky. Overall a great day out, lovely scenery, plenty of time to relax and thank you Lorna for telling us about it. See you again we hope!

Gozo, Comino - A wonderful one-day trip that every tourist must take. Amazing staff and service. Special thanks to Rami Goodwin, who accommodated our request to change the date and was always available for any of our questions.

Our experience - It was mine and my boyfriends first time in Malta and we thought we would do the cruise as we had seen lots of videos of it and thought it would be a great day out and we were definitely not disappointed. The staff were absolutely amazing on board and even let us have a little party this will definitely be a day I will remember for life Thank you all so much

Chaotic bus and boat tours. - Not a organised tour ,had to change buses. Very badly run and chaotic at stops as nobody knew were to go. The gozo and blue lagoon was a disaster with 4 hours on a rough boat/ Geraldine and 1hr 30 on gozo and less than a hour at the blue lagoon. The boat drops you off a good bit away from the blue lagoon and you have to climb over rocks when getting off the boat

Know what you're getting! - We paid 30 euros to include food and drinks - don't bother. The baguette you receive is unpleasant and the drinks also not nice in paper cups. It takes 1/2 an hour to queue...take your own! The swim in the crystal lagoon is nice but they then take you to the blue lagoon (also very nice) but the boat sails away and leaves you there for 3 hours. OK for us but not for older people or young children, no shelter from the sun and steep climbs with jagged rocks. Also no access to food or water unless you trudge round to the very basic vans selling unhygienic food. We didn't experience any bus transfer as we travelled directly from st paul's bay. They had the cheek to ask for tips when we were leaving the boat...don't think they received much after being whistled and shouted at like a herd of animals for 6 hrs. In summary look for a better company!

Boat good blue lagoon awful - On the whole we enjoyed the cruise but I chose 2 stars because the blue lagoon is awful. Rubbish everywhere too crowded no where to sit cigarette butt's in the water they wanted to charge 20 euro for 2 deckchairs for only 2 hours. Fast food wagons I hated it. The trip could have been at least 1 hour shorter. The lunch on board was baguettes with no filling I had a scraping of Tuna in mine. Our trip back to Valletta took so long with taking back everyone we missed dinner as it was so late when we got back. The sunset was lovely A much shorter sunset trip would have been nicer as even the beach at coming is not that great.

Don't waste your money there - So it's my time to share my experience with this agency. It was awful 😞 the cruise started with one hour delay and noone informed us about it but we said okay no big deal. The boat was old with some really small toilets that were filthy all the time. They allowed too many people on board and as a result we were on top of each other. The captain was always talking through the loudspeaker not only in English but in Italian too and always promoting the bar. We paid 84€ for 2 person to see the Como island and the blue lagoon but it took us sooooo long to get there that it was already so hot we couldn't even enjoy it. Don't get me started with the fact that noone warned us about this blue lagoon and how difficult it is to swim there cause of all the rocks and the climbing you have to do so we stayed in the water for one and half hour cause we couldn't get to the shore. They didn't offer us not even a bottle of water...

Bad experience, not worth the money - Not sure where to start but if I was, DON'T book this. It's a complete waste of money. * Boat was overcrowded and hardly anywhere to sit. * Food was a ham/cheese sandwich or a tuna sandwich and the drinks where partly flat and the water didn't look the best they gave you. * When we got to the Blue Lagoon there were tons of people and we were all told to get off the boat and it would collect us in 3 1/2 hours!!! So you basically had to sit on rocks in the boiling sun when not in the sea. * the staff closed the bar twice so we couldn't get cold drinks * one of the staff members was rude when we asked if we could get a drink (even though we had paid for them!!!) * the company never mentioned about the boat leaving you on the island for 3 1/2 hours, so anyone with little children or maybe dodgy back, legs this would be a complete nightmare for you. Don't waste your money !!!!!

Private bookings in Malta can be a scam - Sadly, I did not get the service I booked. The day of the cruise, I called to check where exactly the pickup was only to find out they cancelled it without telling me because they were short of people. She then rebooked me on another claiming it was the same. It was not. I booked a small cruise only to be taken to a boat of more than 200+ people on it and some not even wearing masks. So disappointing. I did not go on this one but instead took a local ferry where things were much more organized without putting peoples lives at risk.
