Fish of a lifetime - Excellent days fishing set in stunning scenery. The management were extremely welcoming and helpful, our guide (named Porn) knew his stuff and put us on some cracking fish (Araphima and Catfish). We would definitely return.

Best fishing trip ever! - The fishing is amazing, the guides and the staff are amazing, the food was amazing and the views are amazing!! Had the best time here. We have previously fished at another famous fishing venue in Thailand and Exotic Fishing Thailand was 1000% better! Mike and the team do their absolute best to ensure you catch a fish of a lifetime and for you to enjoy your stay! The birthday cake they arranged for my husbands birthday is just one of many small details as to where they will go the extra mile. We will most definitely be coming back!

Fabulous - WOW what can I say. We came here 2years ago for two weeks and had an amazing time, so on our way back to uk decided to return. We were not disappointed, everyone & every thing is still 5* We stayed for 5 nights & had 4 days fishing Highly recommend, & for us ladies when you want a break there’s a wonderful swimming pool with loungers

Great fishing trip!! - Just had 7 days fishing. The Villa was clean, tidy, and well presented. Comfortable bed, and a large shower area. Greeted on arrival by the owner Mike. Ran through the rules, times, etc. Compared to most of you, I'm not a specimen hunter, so I did make mistakes, quite a few!! And the fishing was great. Arapaima's upto 260lbs, Chao Phraya upto 100lbs, red tails, asain red tails, freshwater stingrays, featherbacks, just to name some of the species I caught. The guide was invaluable, chopping and changing rigs, set ups, baits, everything, trying to get the next bite. Seating area was comfortable, with a sunbed, chairs, table, recharge point for the phone, and a fan! Towels were provided for the room, and separate towels for fishing. Food was excellent. A good range of European and Thai food. I always ate breakfast at the swim, and dinner in the restaurant. I can't wait to return!!!

Great start to our trip - It's the second time I have visited Exotic Fishing, first with a group of friends and then went back with my partner. Both times have been fantastic. The guides were really helpful, the food is lovely and they honestly cannot do enough for you. Already looking forward to another visit!

2 days at Exotic Fishing Thailand - Wow! What an amazing time! My girlfriend and I had the best time at Exotic Fishing Thailand. The bungalows are 5*, vews are amazing, lake is beautiful, excelent food in the restaraunt (or deliverd to your swim), fantastic guides who really know their stuff (listen to to them), and the fishing....... just wow! Cant wait to come back Mike and Klaudia

10 days in paradise - Greeted by bj and the kitchen staff really happy to see them . Then went & found my guide from last year really glad to see my brother . Started fishing had some amazing fish was visited on several occasions by owner Mike . This place it’s just got something special about it foods great th backdrop is second to none . When I arrive here well just makes me feel alive & you just don’t no what monster your going to hook into. The fish are in pristine condition will I go again yes most definitely fished 8 days caught 11 fish 10/10 from me . One thing I did notice people kick off when they don’t catch if you are a fisherman or woman you should no theirs no guarantee in fishing your catch anything so it’s really unfair to take out on the guides & staff.

Another amazing stay at Exotic Fishing Thailand - This was my 5th fishing adventure to Thailand and my fourth to EFT. Last year went to Gilliam’s for a change /comparison, but decided that EFT was my preferred destination. Spoke to a couple of anglers on first day and they said the lake was a little slow and have to agree, but that’s fishing. Still managed to not blank and after missing a couple of runs landed a Red tail right at the end of the day. Day two was a little better, got a PB Red tail of 77lb after about 45 minutes missed a couple and another Red tail later in the afternoon. A lot of anglers were leaving at the end of day two so was offered the option of sticking to the same swim or moving. After asking my guide for his opinion, we did decide to move pegs. These guys are brilliant, they are here all day, every day. They know what they are doing so take their advice. My aim prior to coming was to catch something every day and hopefully land a 100lb plus Arapaima, I’ve had Arapaima in the past but only relatively small ones. Well….day three, we absolutely smashed it !!! First fish …fish of a lifetime Arapaima at 115kg that’s 253 lb. Had three Pla Suay, think that’s how you spell it at 55lb, PB….70lb, new PB and 88lb new PB again. Had a 33lb Rip saw catfish PB, and a further eight Redtails, two over 40lb and two over 60lb, best 66lb. In total that’s thirteen fish in the day and sixteen over the three days. Day three was absolutely amazing and I will probably never better that. Massive thank you to my guide, Boy. Have been with him on my previous two visits and specifically asked for him again, which EFT kindly arranged. If you haven’t been and are considering a trip I’m sure you will not be disappointed. The rooms are top notch, I had a lakeside room and the views are spectacular as well as spacious and very comfortable. The staff are kind, friendly and welcoming. Loved the food. Drinks and meals are brought to your peg whilst you are fishing and there is a fan to cool you during the heat of the day. Mike the owner has developed the most incredible fishing venue and I cannot recommend this enough. I have been fishing for over fifty years and if I was given one last fishing trip, where would I go…it would be Exotic Fishing Thailand.

Wow what a place - Just got back home to BKK after 5 days fishing at EFT. I can’t recommend this place enough from the site which is absolutely stunning and pristinely kept, the food which is delicious, the staff who were are all so helpful, friendly and professional, Mike the owner who is an absolute gentleman and then there is the fishing… well it is the stuff of dreams! I managed to catch every single day, a big shout out to my guide Po, he went above and beyond to help me yet also left me to fish without interruption when I wanted. These guys work so hard! It was such an amazing trip I decided to stay on another day and if it wasn’t fully booked I’d have stayed on even longer. I will without doubt be coming back again next month. Great second day :) - Thank you for a pleasant and eventful second day at your resort :) It all started with the first day—11 hours without a single bite and minimal help or tips from the guide, as I mentioned to you. On the second day, Beej switched spots for us, and things picked up nicely :) We caught a total of 4 Siamese carp, 2 over 45 kg and 2 over 40 kg, as well as a beautiful redtail at the end, just before we were about to reel in the rods. Our guide on the second day was outstanding. Even though communication wasn’t always perfect, we managed to work it out :) However, catching an Arapaima turned out to be incredibly difficult—we’ll have to try again next time. I honestly have no idea how to catch one! :)
