I had booked the... - I had booked the incorrect date but was still taken care of ---person on the phone--Evan(?) was super friendly and helpful. All the staff were nice and helpful. Food and drinks were very good. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were comfy. Restrooms were clean.

So much fun! - Great food and drinks! Had a massage on the beach that was fabulous! Great hospitality! Book this. You will not be disappointed!

Fun - Get food and staff was friendly. We drink plenty of beers and hang out on the beach . Recommending to everyone.

Fun in the sun - We arrived at the resort, greeted right away by friendly staff. We were given a tour around the resort. As promised chairs were waiting for us at the beach. Staff treated us very nice and were very friendly. I would recommend this for relaxation.

Exceptional Experience - Exceptional service. Delightful food and drinks. Very accommodating. Prompt and friendly service. Provided for every detail without exception. Lovely time by all of us.

Paradise in Costa Maya - What a beautiful oasis 5 minutes from the ship. Was treated like a king! Perfect place for a chill day.Their food is excellent and everyone who works there is wonderful. Felt very safe there! And to tip it off , I left my phone there and they were able to get it back to me before the ship left! I definitely will be back!

Nice all inclusive - The taxi service to and from the port was included in the price. The description for pick up did not explain where to go to get the taxi but available staff was helpful in directing us where we needed to go. The facility and grounds were very clean and maintained. The service and the food/drinks were good. Large portions of food was served. They did not skimp on the drinks. The local vendors came around frequently but did not hassle if you told them you were not interested.

Nice place - Very beautiful and well kept up establishment. The pros are there right in the middle of the busy shopping area so there is a lot to see while walking around or scheduling a last minute excursion or dive trip. It is not very busy and there is a lot of space between the lounge chairs so you're not on top of each other. The food and drinks were excellent and the service was above average. I had two servers while I was there. I wish I had written down their names. One was a female and one was a skinny male. I will say I prefer this male to the female as he was more attentive Even though the female was supposed to be the primary server. The only con I had was that there was not any extra activities you could do as compared to other beach clubs nearby. There was no option for a kayaking, snorkeling, etc. My son and I still had a good time though.

A great Costa Maya option - We couldn’t find any Costa Maya options that really appealed to us. We wanted relaxation and pampering for our last port day. We had a very relaxing day at the Beach Club. The transportation was included as stated, the Club wasn’t “fancy” but it had great comfortable beach seating, great restaurant food, drinks and friendly service. The only “downside” was that there was a steady stream of local vendors that were persistently trying to sell their wares. We didn’t mind a little if that, but we were there to try to relax for the day. We did enjoy it overall and would do it again.

Waste of Money - The pickup was on time, the Jeep was a rugged mess. The seat belt alarm rang most of the time. Nothing was clean, and the refreshments was water only. The Viator page is filled with false promises. The driver never gave us options on where we could go. Willy was nice, but told us he is compelled by his boss to take us to particular places, He didn’t know the what was listed in the booking, and a few places we inquired about, we where turned away because the he could pay the “included” admission. The Coco Tiki bar is a rip off. The included food is ok, but they charge rediculous amount for soda or anything else. The water was brown and the snorkeling was a joke. Go anywhere else. For that matter. Never pay up front for a tour, you will not get any value from it.
