As soon as we get to Bacalar we’ll cruise out in our pontoon boat for relaxation and pampering by our attentive crew as you take in captivating views of Bacalar that will leave you breathless, where you will have the opportunity to splash in the clear waters of this stunning lagoon. As soon as we start our adventure in the lagoon you’ll be amazed by the different shades of blue and understand why is frequently referred as the 7 color lagoon. During the tour our captain will prepare a delicious and healthy fruit snack that will be perfect for the occasion.
- Papitos Bacalar: Marina, Cabañas & Restaurant. - After we are done with our boat tour we will take you to our favorite restaurant to enjoy some delicious and authentic mexican tacos (pork, beef or shrimp) served along guacamole. (We have vegetarian and vegan options upon request).

Would definitely do again! - We had a great time! Jhoana was a great host. The lagoon was beautiful! Great choice! We took our children ranging from 8-17 years old along with another family that traveled with us. A great time was had by all! Jhoana brought fresh pineapple and snacks and was so fun!

Such a fun family day! - Jhoana was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions. Fresh pineapple was delicious! The lagoon was absolutely beautiful. Such a fun day!

Bacalar Lake - great experience - We had an amazing time on our excursion to see Bacalar Lake (7 colors lagoon). Joanna met us right outside the port and was very informative and took excellent care of all of us. It was about an hour and a half shuttle ride to the boat, but definitely worth the experience.

Memorable Day!!! - Jhoana Zamudio was a terrific, fun and caring tour guide. She has the most pleasant smile and made the day so memorable for us all. The boat ride was beautiful and the lunch was delicious! Thank you, Jhoana!!!

Amazing experience - Our tour guide Johana was the best! We had so much fun. This was the perfect excursion for a group of friends. We loved the food and the free tequila!

God's wonderful nature - Espectacular place wonderful water with the best tour guide ever Joana. She is the best so kindly and knows a lot of the history of Costa Maya. Highly recommend the tour to Seven Colors lagoon.

Very good experience - The views were espectacular, we have a really great time with my family, Our tour guide was nice and informative but when meeting outside the cruise port we had to stand outside in the heat to wait for others, after maybe 30 minutes they asked us to wait inside the van another 30 minutes, we waited an hour for the other family. We were very disappointed and we lose an hour, they need to change that long waiting is not fair for the other people.

Do not book this - DO NOT DO THIS! We booked this excursion and nobody even showed up to pick us up. No notification that the excursion had been cancelled. No refund given. This ruined our excursion this day because by the time we realized that nobody was coming to pick us up, we had spent 2 hours wondering around and trying to get a hold of someone. Just don’t do this.

No communication - I booked this experience months in advance. Never got a confirmation. Called 3rd party vendor who stated I had no reservations, so I booked with another company. Got a confirmation 48hrs prior to day that I did have reservations, was on a cruise ship so couldn’t respond. Credit card was charged too!
