Don't hesitate, they are serious - They are very punctual and serious, I loved the guide who showed us Toledo. Highly recommended and I was surprised that the excursion was more than I expected.

Always visit Toledo with a guide from Spain, born in Spain, there is more knowledge, and a fabulous transmission of the essence of - The guided tour to Toledo with the girl Susana has been very enjoyable, since all the staff is originally from Spain and thus the stories and explanation have a better foundation, greater knowledge and the essence is very special, they make you part of the history, during the tour!
Many congratulations to VPT and Susana, it has been a very nice experience!

Good, with a few drawbacks - You make an unnecessary stop at a shop for about 30 minutes and unfortunately the tour wasn't that good because the group was much too big and the tour guide didn't have a microphone. Otherwise it was good.

Cleaning improvement - The bus was dirty: plastic bottles, plastic bags with food. The drivers went down for 20 minutes to have a coffee but did not clean or pick up what other travelers had left. L9s users should also be more civil.

Find another touring company or do it yourself. - I've traveled to 36 countries with a multitude of touring companies, and this was my worst experience ever. The first stop at our destination, Toledo, was a gift shop (!) where we spent +1 hour. The tour guide in the city was dour and unpleasant, and abandoned us before taking us to the destinations in Toledo advertised. She also left us with inadequate instructions on how to return to the meeting point for the bus departure back to Madrid. Find another touring company or do your own research and buy a train ticket.

VPT should fire this tour guide who did not do her job at all! - The worst tour we have experienced! The tour guide, a young lady who did not say much in English. When she left us inside of Toledo; just told us to meet the bus at where we got off. We had no idea where it was. Luckily we got back to the area an hour earlier; finally found others were looking for the bus too!
DO NOT USE VPT for your tour!!
