Highly recommended - We took a walk through the charming city of Segovia and Ávila, our guide Beatriz was very attentive and friendly throughout the trip. Very informed about small details and that makes the walk more enjoyable. The driver Jorge was also excellent, top-notch driving. We will definitely return to another destination. The only thing to highlight would be the times in the monuments, especially in Ávila. They are short, but once again, it feels that way because the experience is entertaining. Super recommended.

Tour to Segovia and Ávila - A spectacular experience, in love with each of the places we visited, the guide was very friendly and very helpful, with a lot of knowledge. Proper footwear is important, since you do have to walk a lot. But that is the most beautiful thing, walking, knowing, and admiring each of the beauties.

What a great guide - José Luis is an excellent guide, he makes you interested in history and it feels more like a casual conversation In addition to the fact that it carries you and always maintains respect and optimism.

We took many photos of spectacular places, we ate very delicious dishes from the gastronomy of the province - Everything is very nice, beautiful views, and you learn a lot about the culture of Spain and its history. The guide is spectacular in his treatment and knowledge of the history and culture of the people.

Better it gets damaged - Excellent tour! Our guide, José Luis, is super knowledgeable about Spanish history. Ávila, a charming city, very well cared for by its inhabitants and with a lot of history

Difficult to find guides with such commitment - The difference that José Luis made on our excursion cannot be underestimated. A genuine interest and passion for his work was reflected in every detail, from the way he welcomed us all, to his innovative method of using audio to communicate and even sharing his WhatsApp in case anyone needed anything. This not only showed their commitment to making our trip comfortable, but also their dedication to making it special. His constant attention, ensuring that no one was left behind, was a clear indicator of his genuine concern for all of us. The depth of his knowledge and his enthusiasm in sharing it transformed our excursion into an educational and emotionally enriching experience. José Luis at VPT is a clear example of how a passionate and committed guide can turn a “simple” excursion into a memorable and meaningful trip.

It can be better - Good tour and the bus was very comfortable but it missed passing through some places and instead details were highlighted that perhaps were not necessary

Bad experience - Bad experience of the tour to Segovia. We had a considerable delay on the road and the visit was very short, without any time to get to know the place. We only traveled to see the aqueduct and return to the bus without time for anything. The summary was a long bus trip. The driver did not have enough hours to continue driving and we had to turn back. I would not repeat this tour with this agency.

SIMPLY DISASTRUOUS - The speed at which we running through both cities but especially Avila where we did not stop excet for the introduction at the beginning of the 'tour'. First of all there were 2 coachloads being handled by 1 guide trying to speak in 2/3 languages. Considering that both cities, especially Segovia ar on hills that need to be reached by steep uphills, just whizzing through at breaknek speed is simply not acceptable, especially if some of the group are either old or have motionary problems. In Segovia the visit to teh castle was good but we lost time as it was ot clear to some of us that buying tickets on site was a bit way off teh main entance and it obviuously halted the whole grup as teh guide had to wait. But then after the castle , he just whisked away and it was only becuae of the whatsapp App , we managed to reach but once again running and I mean runing uphill is NO joke. But what really annoyed us was that after rishing through thecity not even stooping to take a photo of the monuments of the place, including what should have been a mini stop at teh Cathedral, we ended next to the aqueduct only to be given a 90 minute break so that he could take some of the group for lunch when thios was not part ofthe program. Had we known about it, we would have rather stopped at the top in the main square and wended our way down to the Aqueduct plaza in good time to meet teh group; but we were too tired at 1300 to walk back up the hill. Had it not been for the good Alcazar tour, I would have given this tour a 0 rating. We have taken many tours through Viator and have been always happy with service and had good value for money but this was simply DISASTROUS
