A short distance from the city centre of Madrid, you’ll find a cluster of vineyards that constitute the Madrid Denominación de Origen. This wine region is divided into four distinct sub-areas, each offering a unique feature of its very own.
While the D.O. is fairly recent, the traditions and history of viniculture in this area date back hundreds of years.
We invite you to tour one of these unique sub-regions. Whether you choose the breathtaking mountain landscapes or the traditional wine cellars filled with tinajas, we’re confident you’ll relish this half-day journey. An expert guide (who is also fluent in English) will accompany you to two exclusive wineries. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about their techniques and traditions, culminating each visit with a tasting session accompanied by snacks.
