Even though the D.O. is relatively young, the winemaking practices and history of wine in this region go back centuries.

We offer you the chance to visit the sub-zone of San Martin de Valdeiglesias, in the foothills of the Sierra de Gredos. We’ll walk through the beautiful vineyards that look across the mountains. Enjoy this short experience where a qualified guide (also native English) accompanies you to a winery to teach you more about vine cycles and winemaking practices before concluding the visit with a tasting and snacks.
