Wine is available but not included in the class fee. Nearly half of the menu is vegetarian, but not all tapas can be made vegetarian. No children under 14 allowed. Delicious and a lot of fun! - Cooking class made really fun! Gustavo and crew made this a great activity and the final product was delicious! The freshness of the ingredients was excellent, and we enjoyed this very much. Highly recommend.

Great Experience - Our experience was great. I went with my 16 year old grandson and we thoroughly enjoyed the chef and the tapas that were prepared with our co-students. Unfortunately I was not able to download the recipes and I truly wanted the recipe for the salmorejo. Maybe there is some other way I can get it. Thank you.

Must try tapas cooking experience - You will be making tapas with serval other people. Each person will work on at least one of the tapas for the whole group. This was a fantastic experience and we really recommend that if you’re considering you should definitely book this class.

Cooking with Gus - Be prepared to cook, interact with others and have a good time! Gus and his assistant did a great time with teaching us how to cook and having fun doing it!

One of the best parts of our trip - We attended the class with Gus. And it was an awesome class. Really enjoyed ourselves! I went with my daughter but if I can get my husband to come with me I will repeat the experience with him. 5stars.

fun and delicious - Everything was great. Gus our instructor was excellent. The assorted tapas we prepared were simple enough to prepare at home. The Sandra made for a fun time for all!

Very highly recommend cooking class in Madrid - An excellent and very highly recommended cooking class! Each participant did a differ tapas, and one did sangria, Gus…our excellent chef….explained each tapas for its part in Spanish society, and discussed each recipe and cooking tips. Gus and his support team reacted so well with every member of the cooking class.

- The chef and supporting staff were very friendly, the place was well set up and clean, however I hesitate to call this a cooking class.
10 dishes in 2 hours is too many. Due to this, I only got to participate in making part of ONE dish. I wasn't even able to fully complete this one recipe, as someone else who had already made two dishes was encouraged to come and finish it off.
It's a lovely social event where you can drink sangria and enjoy a meal together, but unfortunately I only learnt how to make 1 out of 10 dishes. I didn't even get to see the others being made, so I could have learnt more off YouTube.

Was lovely food prepared.... - Was lovely food prepared. Only down side is that the replacement for the sangria as a non alcoholic drink was soft drink.
Considering the price difference for alcohol vs soft drink, it is a bit of a rip off. Better off to make an option for no drink, otherwise make an alternative drink that is worth the paid fee.
Otherwise beautiful food and the only downside was the replacement drink.
