Best fulll day trip - Full day of attractions. All what we need. Perfect day. Beautiful landscape scenery. Very beautiful road in Masca it was a bit dangerous but we had the best driver in the canaries,Domingo

Really cool day - Really cool day trip: amazing views, the guide Guido was super pro and fun, and overall the timings/places we stopped were well done. We packed our own lunch as advised by some comments, so we never felt forced to do anything we didn’t want to do, and had a really nice time :) one tip: the “lunch break” was quite late (14h), so if you have kids or you’re an early eater make sure to pack some snacks! also we were told the northern part of the island can get a bit cold, so maybe take a light jacket too (we were lucky to have a really warm day though).

An Excellent Day Out - This is an excellent opportunity to see a part of Tenerife you may not normally see. A brief half hour stop at Teide visitor centre was followed by visits to 3 different towns. An excellent guide gave good information on the walk round without overwhelming us with information. The coach driver certainly earned his wage visiting the final village. Altogether an excellent day out.

Super day out - A wonderful day, with a knowledgeable guide and courteous driver who earned a well deserved round of applause after returning from Masca! :-)

Good👍 - Very good excursion, but wish for more time at the stops. We wanted more time when you wanted to look around properly, so it was a bit stressful for us, but otherwise everything was great.

Viator lies about pick up. - Masca is amazing and so was Teide National Park. It is a great trip. Start earlier so people are not rushed. I did not like the fact that I was not picked up at my hotel from Marina San Miguel even though I was told I would be when I purchased the ticket and it was written on there that Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club pick up was included. I had to pay taxi 23 euroes each way which was more than the trip itself. A day before I got an email that I had to be in Los Cristianos which is far away and that they were giving me 24 hr notice and no refund if I did no show up. Viator needs to know what they are selling to clients. I called the office in Las Vegas and was told that I had to pay taxi to get yo the meeting point but 3 days before pick up was included. I detest being lied to so Viator is now on my not to use list.

Full on trip. - Excellent day trip, good value for money. Certainly saw the island and our guide was good. Lunch was mediocre to be kind.

Very good tour but times too short - It was a lovely day out but disappointing that we stayed for only 30 mins at Teide, Icod and Masca, not the hour advertised. The 49 min stop fit souvenirs wasted time. That said, the views were wonderful, Garachico was very pretty & good to have the full hour there. I suggest missing out Icid & the souvenir shop & spending longer at Teide & Masca.

great daytrip and experience, well organised, punctual. - Masca, what a beautiful place.! The driver did an amzaing job driving up the steep narrow roads, with lots of traffic both ways, not for the faint hearted, having to stop on most of thehairpin bends to adjust the bus, got a lot of cheering and clapping , well done.

Incorrect written information before booking (pick-up point 76 km further), but no money back... - I booked this specific trip because the information about the pick-up point stated SANTA CRUZ (see print screen) and 175 other pick-up points. The tour guide however informed me AFTER booking that the pick-up point was only in Los Christianos 76,1 km away which means +40 euro bus costs and a lot of extra travel time... After 2 emails Luigi simply didn´t respond anymore even though the trip was for the next day. Very stressful. After 5 messages still no response. So I spent 2 x 30 minutes on the phone with the helpdesk in New York (no idea what this has cost me). The helpdesk sounded professional and as if they agreed according to my sent print-screen. But their (double) response was that there was nothing wrong with the information and I couldn´t get my money back due to cancelation within 24 hours (even though I also booked within 24 hours). On which planet does "meeting point Santa Cruz" mean "not picking you up in Santa Cruz"? This experience has cost me 112 euros and a lot of stress.
