- MOLE POBLANO - On Monday this is our main dish, all made from scratch with more than 25 different ingredients to cook the king of the Mexican sauces
- Tamales - On Tuesday you will learn to prepare the dough, the leaves to wrap, and the stew within the tamales, just like Chef’s grandma.
- Beef Birria in red adobo sauce - On Wednesday you will enjoy the best and more tender beef tacos, you will learn top prepare the sauce to season (adobo) and the tortillas
- Sea Food and Paella - Thursday is for Baja style sea food and Paella
- Pork Tacos - Friday is for Al Pastor or Carnitas Tacos, Salsas and Tortillas
- Antojitos Mexicanos - On Saturday we will cook Mexican munchies: Gorditas, Sopes, enchiladas, Quesadillas and more.
- Home made corn Tortillas - Daily, in all classes of the week you will learn how to make your own tortillas at home
- Salsas and Guacamole - Everyday, all our classes will tech you how to make different types of guacamoles and salsa

This Mexican culinary workshop is completely engaging and is crafted for the purpose of imparting ‘hands-on’ learning of authentic household recipes that are beloved and often prepared for family gatherings and friends. Fun Afternoon....Totally Worth it! Do it! - So great! We often cook Mexicn food and this vaca experience added great tips and tricks....loved it! Nice group of people invested in cooking, delicious recipes we will use in the future! Thanks!

Learning to cook authentic Mexican food - I give this a 5! Our chef was very engaging and a fine cook. We made a 5 course meal with margaritas… need I say more?! We were a group of 11 , and started out as strangers but ended as friends over the meal. We started the experience in a tortilla factory where rolled the dough and sampled the fresh, hot tortillas. Next to the local market where we learned about our fresh meat and vegetables and spices. In the Chef’s home We made fresh salsa , made 2 types of guacamole, pork carnitas, beef biriani with, all with fresh tortillas that we made. We learned about the different types of tequila and were able to make them anytime . It was a lot of fun😄

Such fun & learnt a lot about Mexican Food - Great experience - shopping for the ingredients as a group, going back to Carolina’s brother’s house and her Mum was there to help wash up and prepare food. Interesting people on the tour - we had a good chat whilst preparing food.

Best cooking class in Cabo - We had an awesome time with Chef Carolina. We got to go to the local flour tortilla producer, followed by the market for meat and produce, then to her brothers house to turn all that into fresh margaritas, al pastor, carnitas, two salsas and homemade corn tortillas! Everything was delicious and we came away with a ton of recipes we plan to make at home. A great cooking class and we learned a lot!

Amazing Cooking Experience! - This cooking experience was outstanding! Izzy took us around to the local markets to get the fresh ingredients for our lunch and then back to his home to cook it. Everything we made was fantastic. If you would like an authentic local experience, I highly recommend this one!

Drink, learn, and meet new people - Amazing experience!!! We started our day with the coking class taught by Issi. He was fantastic and made everything fun! We made street tacos. He starts the day talking about what the experience would be and then we took a car to pick out the ingredients. We went to a tortilla factory, a produce store, and a butcher. Then we came back to make it all. The food was fabulous and we made it!!!! Meeting others on vacation was an added bonus. The way the class is setup there is plenty of time to chat and get to know the other participants!
We loved it so much we came back for dinner to participant in the salsa and mixology class. The drinks and food were great again. Plus we learned Salsa dancing and had an amazing dance party. I highly recommend to attend one of the cooking classes, if you want to get to know others traveling in Cabo and an awesome family business!!!! 10 out 10 ❤️
