Additional Information
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed on the tour, and will be turned away along with their parents. There are no toilet facilities in the area so please plan accordingly. Late arrivals will miss the tour so please add 15 minutes travel time to get to the meet location on time.
Cancellation policy
I have never cancelled a Tour because of bad weather. It’s not a reason to claim a refund, since this is an outside activity in London.
Neither is turning up late, since I state you must allow 20 more minutes travelling time than you think you need.
Here’s how to calculate the time you need.
Count the total number of underground stations between the station you start at and Barbican station. Multiply by 3 (because it’s an average of 3 minutes between stations). Add 20 minutes extra.
