Great customer service - You only know how good a company is when you have a problem! You are first class!! I tried to buy tickets on line got through to payment but it didn’t go through, tried a second time and all good. Checked my account only to find first payment had gone through. Called customer service and spoke to Patricia who sorted it. Money back in my account in a couple of days! The River Roamer tickets worked really well and would recommend, especially if you have a bus pass to enable you to get 50% discount, first class service from a first class company. Don’t come to London very often but would certainly use you again next time. Keep up the good work

roamer ticket brilliant see London from a different view - A hidden little gem never done this before we bought the roamer ticket and we saw London in a stress freeway and from another view point ,we caught the boat from north Greenwich where we meet a really happy helpful chap by the name of Malkeet so helpful. iDo have too say all the crews were good and had a brilliant sense of humour cheers for a great service and would reconmend the roamer ticket .

Amazing staff esp Sandra - reliable service and good ticket options but a special mention for the staff who are all so incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d like to single out Sandra for top class service with a lovely approach.

Great Staff Inefficient Timetable - The boat journey from Barking Riverside to Greenwich was good. Fast and comfortable. However, coming home, there were a few cancellations and we had to wait, in the cold, for an hour. Having said that, we were very impressed with the staff at the pier. They were helpful and considerate, particularly Malkeet who stayed with us while we waited and kept us up to date with the latest boat times.

Easy journey from Battersea - Enjoyable journey back to Tower Pier. Would have liked some narrative about views like CityCruisers offer but quick efficient service.

Hop on hop off...disappointed!! - If the weather is bad ie windy & wet this experience is difficult to enjoy. Thr long waits on a pier exposed to the rain, the infrequent service & the one journey we took we were asked to disembark at an earlier destination due to high tide & weather. Somethings are obviously out Ubers control buy I'd purchased 3 adult hop on hop off tkts & had only 1 successful journey in 3 hours. Worse...ehrn asked fir ETA of next craft the staff simply didn't know! Sorry bad day for this experience & expensive day for us!!

Train, underground, bus, taxi, walking or swimming are all better alternatives to this awful service. - Awful, just awful. Having waited for an hour for a boat, was told by attendant it could be another hour, or “maybe longer”, total chaos with long queues and unhappy customers (although they were still letting people join the queue, presumably to take their money). The staff were more interested in chatting and being on their phones than serving their customers, and when I enquired again when the 6:00pm boat would arrive (at 6:45pm), was told “you’re only going from Tower to the London Eye, why don’t you just walk”, which despite having two young children, is what we did. Presumably only tourists use this service, commuters couldn’t cope with this level of incompetence, unreliability and rudeness every day?

I exist!! - We hurried because the boat was reported as on time. We saw him, we waved to him and the boat didn't stop, we had to wait 1 hour!!!!! This is unacceptable!

Ageism - We are both well over 60 and I booked a concessionary ticket for both, turns out if you check the small print you need some kind of bus pass etc, a drivers license with age on it won’t do, I was made to pay more than double on the boat by a very rude young guy, which might be discrimatory and illegal I suspect
