The ticket permits a single voyage on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, applicable from 10am, among 18 docking points including but not restricted to London Eye, Embankment, Bankside, Tower, Greenwich or North Greenwich piers.
Revel in the panoramic view of the city with this 360 Degree expedition on Emirates Air Line, complemented with an educational in-flight movie, a keepsake in-flight guide and access to Emirates Aviation Experience.
- Visitors must exchange their confirmation voucher at one of the following Uber Boat by Thames Clippers ticket offices: Westminster, Embankment, London Bridge, Tower or Greenwich Piers
- Single tickets are valid for travel in the Central and East Zones. Not valid for use in the West Zone (between Putney and Battersea Piers) or River Bus Express services for events to The O2
- Please note: Tickets are valid from 10am on the date you select
- All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.
- Only certain models of mobility scooter can travel on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers vessels. Whilst some mobility scooters will fit, some are too large. Please contact Uber Boat by Thames Clippers directly.
- No health restrictions

Enjoyable experience - Enjoyed the fast catamaran experience.
Frequent boats, didn't have to wait long.
Friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent customer service experience and knowledge - Me and my family arrived at Westminster pier after a very busy and stressful day with our three young autistic children. We were unsure of where to purchase the tickets and make payment. My three children become anxious in busy crowds also cannot wait in long queues. A member of your staff whom I now know as Parminder saw we were struggling and approached us. She was extremely helpful, showed compassion, quickly helped me purchase the tickets without having to wait in long queues. I found her very knowledgeable and saved me money by letting me know about the children's tickets or I would have used the oyster passes. I believe she worked well under a pressurised situation I was in, service with a smile, she was approachable and well mannered. I will definitely tell my friends and family about the service and hopefully visit again soon, so thank you so much to Parminder for an experience I will always remember. Please pass on my regards from the Smith family. She is an asset to your company.

A Scenic ride - My uber boat experience at the London Eye was a great way to see iconic landmarks from a new perspective, the boat was comfortable, the staff super friendly specially Parminder! Worth it for a unique London experience!
