Make it happen Made it happen - My friend just told me about the zatra called Gadyaanchi Jatra and was fascinated about the spirits in goa and while scrolling on insta i came across "Make It Happen" page and also saw they also had a film abt the Guardian spirit n took this experience.i watched this long back but was busy so couldn't write a review.The documentary about the protectors of goa which is filmed by Make It Happen was very informative and fascinating... It was great way of learning about the "rakandars" who protected the villages during the night...from the origin of the Guardian spirit how till today how we worship the rakandars was literally mind blowing...I would recommend this short and informative experience conducted by MAKE IT HAPPEN to my fellow collegues and friends

An Unusual , Interesting and Entertaining Evening! - Was fascinating watching the Guardian Spirits of Goa . Tho we live in a place we seldom know aspects like those covered in the film . I’m immersed currently in a study of spirituality and spiritual history so I thoroughly enjoyed watching what seemed to be a throwback to the mother religion ( so to say ) -animism and to know that it actually existed in various forms , today . We ended the evening with interesting snippets of information from those involved. All round an unusual , interesting, thought provoking and entertaining evening .

Guardians - Being a Goan myself to learn about the guardian spirits was reassuring to know they play their part well in protecting our villages and us in their own ways. The venue and the screening with live narration by Amreen the young student and storyteller made it all feel real in the moment.

Guardian Spirits of Goa - It was an amazing evening watching the Guardian Spirits of Goa film. Highlight being the cinematography and music complementing the visuals. Amreen's narrative and the interaction with the viewers was very special.

A different side of goa - Me being a resident of Goa found a different side of Goa. The combo of the voice over and the video was a nice format. The stories were very intriguing and unnerving.

Tickled my curious mind on Goan folklore - Enjoyed the evening with The Make It Happen Team. A well researched, shot and narrated documentary and an experience for the curious mind. The narration wound up with a Q&A and was impressed with how the team addressed each question too. The topic is one that could cover a lot more folklore too and given that team MIH has called dibs on it, it would be great to see the team build up on this research. My best wishes on all future endeavours.
