- The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 120 kg (264,55 lbs), in case of exceeding it, you won’t be allowed to join the flight. If you exceed 110kg (242,50 lbs), you’ll be asked to pay for two seats upon arrival at the heliport.

- All passengers must show a valid ID or Passport at the check in desk in order to board the helicopter.
- There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund.
- There is a minimum number of people required to operate on languages that are not English or Spanish. If this minimum is not reached, the tour will be offered in English.

Lisbon Walk Tour - Johnny was an excellent tour guide. He showed us great areas of Lisbon. One of the highlights was riding the iconic yellow Tram through the winding streets—an authentic way to take in the city’s hills and scenic viewpoints.

Unforgettable Lisbon: A Day of Discovery by Land, Sea, and Sky - We had an unforgettable day tour in Lisbon that perfectly combined land, sea, and sky! The brief boat ride offered stunning views of the city’s waterfront, and the helicopter tour gave us a breathtaking aerial perspective of Lisbon’s beauty. Our guide, John, was absolutely amazing—friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He brought the history and culture of the city to life and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Perfect day - We had the pleasure of having Rui Almeida as our specialist guide during our helicopter city tour in Lisbon, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Rui was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything with great clarity and enthusiasm, making the entire tour both informative and engaging. His kind demeanor and genuine passion for the city truly enhanced our experience. We felt very well taken care of and appreciated his warm and welcoming approach throughout the tour. CAMERA TRAMWAYS PV - be careful with traffic inside this city , as everywhere the greens and the fact that public transport is King the car remains restricted , trams , buses are well present , and sometimes it is very difficult to find the cameras are there and the slightest error becomes paying as far as I respect the rules it cost me 58 euros. That's why you should be careful because they won't miss you with the cameras. I'm a northerner and I've known Belgium for 62 years. In Flemish Belgium, you're not missed. I'm going to have a hard time coming home.
