Charming historic tour - Roy was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his city and its history. A very enjoyable and informative morning. We got a great tour of the city and enjoyed learning more about several historic sites. We had a mix of adults, elders and young children and everyone enjoyed it. It is a lot of walking so I would recommend hot, waterbottles, hats and comfortable shoes.

The tour is perfect - The Tour was great highly recommended to get to know the city better, the explanation was clear and we could see from the city center to the tower of belem.

Wonderful tour! Balanced with history, friendliness and an ability to make it fun for all age groups, including teens! - Olivier was so great at taking us to all the different popular parts of the city with his own little pieces of personal history. He did a great job taking his time but keeping a pace that was manageable for our 18 year old boys. We hit the hot spots and it was a great balance of walking and riding (tram and boat). He was loaded with recommendations. Each of the tour guides was very personable and we were grateful to have chosen this experience. You should definitely see this city on foot.
The weather was a little cold so wear good walking shoes and bring something to keep warm on the boat if needed. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend this tour with Ricardo. - Ricardo was an excellent guide: informative, knowledgeable and personable. Proficient communication. Nice little extras like seeing the Natas bakery operation and tasting. Great tour, great guide in a great city. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Great way to spend the day! - Very nice walk around the old part of town with a cable car ride to get to the top to f the hill and then walk down. Roy gave us great detail including some in depth details on the city’s and countries history. Very nice boat ride to take us to Belem Tower and the Monestary.

Lisbon Monday, June 16th - The ticket did not have the meeting point we texted the guide. I had to go to the world experience website and call the company who contacted the guide and we finally received the correct meeting point. The tour was supposed to take us to the Belém tower. The guide ended the tour in front of a pastry shop in Belém and told us to walk to Belém Tower a half mile away. Then he left. We started walking towards the tower and we were informed that the tower is closed for renovation. The only reason that I’m giving this a three star rating is that the guide was knowledgeable about the places on the tour Ang gave ahold overview.

Read the description & fetails carefully. Moderate+ walking.+ - We had mixed feelings about the experience, especially based the tour description. Rui was a ver good and knowledgeable guide. He admitted that he was assigned the tour 20 mins before the expected start time by the local tour operator. I suspect that happend when I called the contact number for meet point detail.
"Moderate walking" - we did 5+ miles including the walk from the port. On an 80°F day, that became something of a chore for we 65+ folk. Street address markings are tough as many buildings at the meet point don't have numbers.
Time was tight and lavatory breaks happened once.
The description eludes to including a sweet treat & drink at the final destination -- to find this was at your own expense & time.
Final drop off -- quite a few miles back to the cruise port at your expense and ability to make arrangement of taxi, Uber, bus. It felt like "thanks for coming, now get out".
