Highly recommended - Wonderful .. very friendly man .. great explanation .. great tour ... and certainly to explore the city ... and also some history

Not helpful and marginal communication. Didn't allow refund. - We had this Tuk Tuk excursion booked in advance. Our cruise ship got re-routed to a different port (island) last minute and when we contacted the operator of these Tuk Tuk and Viator of this problem. Viator was very helpful in trying to find a reasonable solution. Since we were inside the 24 hr cancelation we fully understand that we might not get a full refund. But when we requested a refund or reasonable resolution (since this was not our fault that we can't make it to the meeting point as we are about 8 hours away on a different island) the operator didn't even feel it was necessary to respond. Only when we contacted Viator they started to talk to them and simple dismissed any consideration. I had a group of 11 people traveling with me and we travel often. We won't use this operation in the future and we don't recommend their business to anyone else. That was our experience...

Nightmare - We arrived at the meeting point 10 min early and waited. No one showed up. We tried calling and messaging both Viator and the tour operator with no response. After nearly an hour, the tour operator called and said the Tuk Tuk was delayed due to rain. They asked us to wait another hour. By then our plans for this short cruise ship shore leave had been spoiled. The tour operator was non-responsive and each time, I had to call numerous times before he answered. Very unprofessional. The driver finally arrived over 2 hours later and the battery was dead. We had to wait on another Tuk Tuk. The driver said he had not been told of our booking and was off on another tour - NOT delayed by rain. He then took us for 3 stops on dirty side of the road stops. A nightmare experience. I would never recommend this company.
