Bukit Lawang Trekking - Meet your local guide at Bamboo Restaurant at Eco Lodge or your accommodation. A brief orientation will be provided. Pack your essentials for the jungle trek. Begin the trek at 9:00 am.

Deeper Into the Rainforest – Wildlife Trekking to River Camp 2

Bukit Lawang Trekking - Morning: Breakfast & Morning Trek. Awaken early to the sounds of gibbons and birds. Enjoy breakfast (pancakes, fruit, or eggs).
Venture deeper into the national park; encounter more challenging terrain with steeper hills and stream crossings. There’s a higher chance of spotting wild orangutans, monitor lizards, peacocks, or even gibbons.
Lunch and breaks include Nasi goreng and tropical fruit. Take breaks as needed.
Continue trekking to reach jungle camp 3. Rest and relax by the river, take a swim, and enjoy tea, coffee, and snacks in the afternoon.
The guide will prepare dinner. Indonesian cuisine will be served (plain rice, vegetable curry or stir fry, mashed potatoes, chicken, tempeh, or tofu).
Enjoy chatting or playing cards before sleeping by the campfire, listening to the jungle’s nighttime sounds.

Deeper and More Remote Jungle Experience, Arrival at Camp 3

Bukit Lawang Trekking - Morning: Awaken to the sounds of the jungle, river stream, and monkeys near the campsite. Breakfast includes tea, coffee, and fruits. Toast or scrambled eggs will be served.

Continue the jungle trek tour. Pack your belongings and clean the area.
Proceed with trekking, crossing rivers, climbing and descending hills. Observe the rainforest and wildlife.
Lunch will be served at midday, featuring Nasi goreng with fried egg, tempeh, or tofu.
Take breaks as needed, with tropical fruit served during breaks.

Continue trekking for another 3 hours to reach jungle campsite 3.
The campsite is by the riverbank. Enjoy a swim, relax, and take an afternoon rest with tea and coffee.
Assist the guide and porter in preparing dinner. Indonesian food will be served.
Enjoy chatting and playing cards with the local guide.
Listen to the jungle sounds before sleeping.

Short Trekking and Visit to Waterfalls and River Return by Tube Rafting

Bukit Lawang Trekking - Morning: Wake up in the jungle with the sunrise and forest sounds.
Enjoy hot drinks and breakfast (banana pancakes, fresh fruit, or toast with jam).
Engage in a short trek to visit the waterfall or simply relax at the campsite.
Prepare to leave the jungle by tube rafting.
Pack everything and clean the area, ensuring no waste is left behind.
