A Spectacular Winery Tour - This was a spectacular tour lead by a fantastic tour guide Victoria. The winery staff introduced us to excellent wines and Victoria lead us on tour of local villages. She was engaging and informative and her explanations made the tour one of the more enjoyable that we experienced.

A view of Basque culture through a wineglass - Exceptional guide, splendid fellow wine enthusiasts, unique vineyards, extravagant lunch. Educational and delightful day! Highly recommend this experience.

Wine tasting - We had such a good time! Our host/driver Josu was fabulous and added a lot to the tour. The wineries were lovely and we had a wonderful time meeting new friends on the trip. The lunch was huge with local foods. Fantastic.

Incredible Experience - 10/10 recommend! - Our tour was incredible! Elba was our guide and she was phenomenal - so sweet and so knowledgeable (and so patient when someone in our group had a little too much wine). The first winery we went to was amazing, and the guide there was also very sweet and knowledgeable (and fun to hang out with and try some wines). She even let us try a wine that wasn't on the tasting menu but that we wanted to try (we ended up bringing home a bottle). The lunch at the second winery was delicious and the entire region was absolutely beautiful. The one mistake we made was moving our hotel from a location that would have been closer to the wineries to one that was downtown Bilbao based on the name of the tour--would recommend calling and asking about pick up if you are planning to stay in Rioja as opposed to Bilbao (side note--the Palacio Tondon in Brinas is such a special little gem in the middle of wine country). Would 10/10 recommend this experience.

Fantastic tour - The tour was brilliant . Maider , our tour guide was out of this world with knowledge. She really impressed me.  I could do the tour again. She was always ready to answer all our question and her English was fantastic. The wineries were both very differents and both were really interesting to visit and we tasted more wines than expected. Food was also really good. My wife and I would like to thank Josu from the staff as he helped us a lot with restaurat tips. Thank you for a great service.

Nice day in Rioja - Good spending of a time for a brief intro into wine in Rioja not going into much details. Had a short walk in a nice town Laguardia. Then had wine tasting in two contrasting wineries: more traditional and a more modern one. Had in total 7-8 wines and a lunch in a local restaurant afterwards. Would be great to have a more detailed itinerary beforehand and spend a bit more time in Laguardia.

Bit deisapponted - Lovely lunch with wine . We were expecting to visit more than one winery however. Would have appreciated more education on rioja wine
