Additional Information

Espiritu Santo Island is an unforgettable, breathtaking haven!

Having a swim surrounded by frolicsome sea lions is a delightful experience as they often approach swimmers to interact.
(Note: Due to regulations, sea lion rookery excursions are unavailable during June, July, and August. During these months, we view them from the boat and partake in snorkeling and/or hiking at different areas of the island)

We make a consistent effort to guide our guests to less crowded beaches, aiming to provide a unique experience imbued with a sense of adventure that we hold dear.

To wrap it up, gaining insights about the history of early inhabitants, the local wildlife and vegetation, contemporary lifestyle of the residence, and having the accompaniment of marine biology expertise could make your visit an enriching experience.

Only boats with authorized permits and accredited guides are permitted to visit the island.

Wonderful experience! - What a great adventure! Sergio and Christian were great! Showed us every little corner of the beautiful Espiritu Santo island and we saw dolphins, swan with the sea lions and were literally snorkeling in an aquarium. Lunch was great too. Highly recommended!

A great tour - So much fun! Guide Andrea and Captain Christian were great! Our family of five + another couple were treated to a great day. We made a couple stops on the way to snorkel, including an old pearl farm on a gorgeous beach. Andrea was great in prepping us for our interactions with the sea lions. The fish and other wildlife were abundant. We finished up with some fantastic ceviche (sandwiches for the kids) on a turquoise bay. I hope to return to La Paz, and would ensure I go with MTA again!

Sea Lions, Private Beach and Delicious Ceviche! - Had a great time going out to Espiritu Santo and snorkeling with sea lions! Sea lions were very playful and it was amazing getting to snorkel with them. They also took us to a pristine beach that we had all to ourselves, where they served us delicious ceviche, before we headed back. Tour was very well organized and the guide and captain took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable too!

Espiritu Santo Island Tour, La Paz, BCS - The boat tour to Espiritu Santo Island was great: swimming with sea lions, paradisiacal beaches (we loved Playa la Ballena and the views of Balandra), incredible landscapes. Héctor the captain, a great chef with his fish ceviche, and Andres, a great guide, both of them super friendly.

La Baja has the best beaches. - I did 2 excursions with this agency and both were incredible. With guides who love what they do, who felt like good friends with whom I talked about the entire experience. The sea lions are a little far away, but it is completely worth it, they are super cute and fun. And the beaches of Espiritu Santo are incredible. La Baja has the best views.

Very good - The experience itself was a success. There were several things that went wrong but the company knew how to deal with them quickly and in a professional manner. The experience meets what is necessary to make it complete and the price worth it.

Trip of a lifetime - We snorkeled with Val and Christian. The experience was great from meeting Val at the start to the time returned to the marina. Both of them are marine biologists and are extremely passionate about the ecosystem. Christian was the boat captain and Val was our guide. The trip was more than just something to do, or a typical "tourist attraction" (we have done our fair share), this was a more unique, personal, and less commercialized experience. Val shared so much information about the plant, animal life, and area we learned a lot, and sending pictures of our lunch spot made all of our friends really jealous. We returned to Marina feeling like we had just had a day on the water with our friends who had shared their "secret spots" with us. I would recommend this trip to anyone. Tips: Bring a coat for the boat ride, bring a gopro for under the water it's breathtaking, beach blanket and a towel, and a reuseable water bottle.

The best tour to Isla Espíritu Santo - The best decision of my solo trip. Vale was an amazing leader, guiding us with her outstanding knowledge and insightful facts about nature and marine life. The snorkel with sea lions is a most and she show us the way, always respecting the ocean life.

'Island of the Holy Spirit' says it all. - Island of the Holy Spirit is, in a word, absolute. Our guides, Christian and Valentina, were very knowledgable and especially gracious. The food was delightful. This is the best tour I have ever been on. What a blessing.
