Wonderful memorable experience - This was an amazing experience. The staff are lovely and very friendly trying to ensure you have a memorable experience. The tea house itself is beautiful with a history. The dressing up experience was fun. Beautiful kimonos and the ladies did our hair so nicely. Partook in the sweet and tea making ceremony. Both were fantasticly guided and enjoyable. Can't believe we were able to make such delicate sweets in such a short amount of time. Also surrounding gardens to take photos in and the staff are on hand to help. Not usually one to take photos of myself but the kimono was so beautiful I felt the need to. One of the highlights of my trip and highly recommended.

Be beautiful and relax - Relaxing tea experience. Had fun learning about the tea ceremony even though I don't fully garps the art. Wearing up and taking photo was fun. There is a lot of staff to take care of you and they are fast and food at what they do. I look amazing.

Pretty commercialized - It was very commercialized. I felt forgotten two times since it was a bit chaotic and busy. Sometimes we were standing around not really knowing what is supposed to happen. The women working there were almost all kind and the tea master herself did an amazing job. However, it was quite noisy while the ceremony happened. There was enough time for pictures to be taken and my group size was just fine. If you already wore a kimono and know a thing or two about the tea ceremony or made matcha I wouldn't recommend it.

Close to a disaster, but everyone was friendly! - A completely unforgetful overbooking with +50 persons in a small space meaning we, among others, were in the wrong spot to catch a glimpse of the ceremony. We also started with a, to be nice, quite confusing tour of the premises with probably 10 out of +50 could hear what the Lady said. This tour needs to be reorganised cause right now its close to a ripoff.
