Shocking History - You definitely want skip the Q tickets, as there will be Qs here. You need about 90 mins to take everything in and there is a lot yo digest. A very visual tour which you can take at your own pace. Recommend a visit if in Krakow.

Very good company to use - Great trip. Great price. Great Comms. My only suggestion would be to provide the tickets when booking (rather than 24 hours in advance of the visit). At that point you are already in another country, and in my case had to pay for "roaming costs" in order to get my tickets.

Amazing experience at Schindler’s factory - Really informative and enjoyed free time to walk around we didn’t opt for tour guide Great to walk through from when it first began and immersive sound effects as touring. Brought to life what really happened and how the Jewish were treated

Schindlers Factory - Very well organised. It is a more general museum within Schindlers Factory. Spent 2 hours inside and learnt lots..

Worth a visit - Lots to see & read, well worth the visit, suggest having 2hours to 2.5hours on site at least, booked our ticket in advance so avoided the queues.

Great with a tour guide - To get the best out of a visit here we would recommend booking a ticket with a tour guide. Inside the museum was quite tight on space for wandering around and also very warm. There are lockers to store coats and bags at the entrance and this is recommended. Our guide was very knowledgeable and I don’t think we would have got as much out of the visit if we had looked around on our own. We learned a lot about the history of Krakow in WW2, as well as a little about Schindler himself.

Good service, may need a reminder - Although they forgot to send us the tickets, as soon as I called at 10 pm the night before I got them via WhatsApp and e-mail. The queue outside was rather long, so I was happy to skip the line.

The museum needs renewal - It is a museum with many pictures and texts. Requires a lot of time for immersion. The question is if, you can call it Schindler's Museum. The exhibition seemed to me boring and not developed significantly since the museum's opening. Waiting time: about two hours. But then we paid about NOK 185 for two people, including a description of the exhibition. With a guided tour it would have cost about NOK 600 without a guide. It may be developed on the multimedia side.
