Very enjoyable trip with beautiful views - I would highly recommend this trip. The collection and drop off from the hotel was on time. David our driver was very knowledgeable and allowed plenty of time at each stop to take photos. He also recommended a very nice restaurant in Zakopane. The cheese and vodka were very nice. Even though it was low cloud when we visited the views where still stunning.

Scenic Delight - A truly marvellous and cosy tour, well planned so you can relax and enjoy a day escape to south poland. We went out of season, but, I'm certain summer or deep winter would be magnificent

Worth Every Penny - An excellent tour, the way it’s set up! The first few stops are very nice, and break up the drive. Then getting to the Zakopane and having 3 hours of free time is perfect! To go up the mountain, then head into town is best part! In town there are so many things to do and see. You can do a lot of walking. The last two stops are fun too! And we got back into town for dinner!

Nice day - There were 17 people on our tour, which I felt to be a manageable amount. I appreciated the 3 hours in Zakopane, but the other stops felt a little rushed (anywhere from 5-20 minutes at each stop). I wish the tour would simply do a drive by of the ski jumps, as we all unloaded for just a couple minutes then had to get back on the bus. Otherwise, the cheese/vodka tasting was fun (bring cash if you want to purchase anything), the village and church were interesting stops, and the zakopane stop itself was great. I appreciated the tour guide’s local recommendations.

Very rude tour guide and inadequate transport - Very rude tour guide Maja. From the outset, we were asked to meet the bus at a different hotel 10 minutes away- not a big deal to us, but not as advertised. Once on the bus, it became quickly apparent that a number of seatbelts weren’t working and the tour had more than the 15 people limit that was advertised by Viator. The bus was crowded and uncomfortable. I began messaging Viator and the tour company to try to arrange alternative transport back. The driver ‘sorted’ the seatbelt- apparently having it extended but not retracting is safe? The tour stops were fine- all a bit more ‘touristy’ than we’d hoped for but very pleasant nonetheless. On returning to the bus, Maja then proceeded to shout down to me at the back of bus, accusing me of having posted a negative review!!! Not only was this inaccurate but highly embarrassing. When I told her I had not posted any review, she did not even apologise. Her rudeness to me in front of all the other passengers was totally unacceptable. To harass tourists in this manner - whether they have or have not written a review, is absolutely appalling. I would never book with this company again

Avoid at all costs - Overcrowded and uncomfortable transport, very unsafe as not all seatbelts were working. Wrongly advertised as Hotel pick up and 15 travellers - 20 travellers and a 10 minute walk to a meet up location - didn’t mind the walk but don’t advertise it as hotel pick up! Viator blamed the tour company and vice versa and then closed the complaint- so much for customer relations! Rude tour guide who thought it was ok to shout down the bus wrongly accusing guests of writing bad reviews! Surely a review is a point of view??? Well, she can have a review if she wants one! The actual sightseeing was ok- Zakopane very nice but the top of the mountain was a bit disappointing- lots of fairground rides and attractions that would be very expensive for families with young children! Purely due to the transport, tour guide and customer service I would avoid this tour at all costs and I will not be booking through Viator ever again.

Bad bus accommodations - Your guide was wonderful and trip was very nice. I gave it a 1 because if you sat in the back of the bus it was crowded, hot and you could not see anything for a 3 hour drive The tour should not put people in those seats
