Salt mine tour transport service. - Daniel was pleasant, courteous and very helpful. Provided us with a great service and lots a valuable information prior to our tour of the salt mines. He was also very punctual with both pick up at the hotel and after the tour was complete. Would highly recommend this individual / tour company for anyone looking to book tours from krakow.

Great experience - Daniel was our amazing chauffeur! - We had an amazing experience at the Salt Mines. We were collected by Daniel who was friendly and professional. We had a private transfer with Daniel to the Salt Mines, directly from our hotel. He ensured that we were given our tickets and informed us of where to queue and when, where we could purchase food, souvenirs etc. He also informed us of both exits and said to let him know where we exited and he would come to pick us up from there, which he did promptly. There was brilliant communication from Daniel via WhatsApp at every stage of our journey. I would 100% recommend this tour and if you have Daniel - you’re sure to have a great experience! Thank you so much Daniel!!

Very pleasant experience well worth the visit. - This tour was well worth booking ,our driver was extremely helpful and friendly with perfect english nothing was too much trouble. It can get a little chilly during the tour make sure you have a jacket.

Overpriced Salt Min Tour - Enjoyed the salt mines but tour was way overpriced. There 4 people in the car for half hour drive and we paid 1500p CASH. The salt mines entry was 120p each. Found out later there is direct train there at fraction of the cost.
