100% recommend - Amazing experience, so relaxing. We had such a good time and we’re definitely glad we went in the evening as the outdoor pools were gorgeous in the dark as well as the sunset. It was also not too busy. We had 3 hours at the thermal baths which was the perfect amount of time for us. Our driver Jacob let us know when he would be arriving, told us exactly where to wait and what car to look for. He was very kind and answered all our questions about Krakow on the journey. Since we were the only customers in his car that evening, he even dropped us off at our apartment so we could avoid walking back in the rain. Amazing price and we would 100% do this experience again.

Thermal Spa - The driver was friendly and very informative. Thoroughly enjoyed the thermal spa, so many different levels and various spas. Locker system is easy to use with the magnetic wrist bands that you also use to purchase food and drinks. Mountains surrounding the spa were outstanding as were the local villages we drove through.

All round amazing!! - Great experience from start to finish! There is so much to do at the thermal pools you need a few days I'm sure. Relaxing whirlpools, cold water tanks, saunas, a huge zone specifically for children. Restaurants, bars even souvenir shops....The setting and surrounding areas are absolutely stunning and well worth a visit alone. There are three separate levels all with thermal pools, saunas, whirlpools, restaurants and bars. The bottom level has a swim up bar and can be a bit more lively whilst the thermal pool above is very similar without a swim up bar so is a little less lively. We didn't reach the 3rd level as we were there for 3 hours, but there is actually a smaller thermal pool with treatments available. Massage, facial etc. The whole place was spotless and I mean spotless. I myself do not usually enter pools as I know they can be far from healthy but these thermal pools are by far the cleanest pools I have ever entered. How they manage to keep them so spotless I am unsure of. The surrounding areas are also kept spotless and staff clear water from the floors and stairs constantly. Would I go back....hell yes but I would go for the whole day so that you could get the most from the whole place as there is genuinely so much to see and do. I'm a very anxious person myself and never go anywhere alone so I am always tense, but the moment I submerged myself in the thermal pools I felt relieved and free from tension and anxiety something that never happens!!! Although we thought that it would be like a bus man's holiday it certainly was not. The pools on the first and second level outdoors are big enough so you're not on top of everyone. Plenty of space to relax in the water and enjoy the cold night air. If you're not a fan of outside there are thermal pools inside too in abundance so plenty of dip space for everyone even the children. They do have slides for the adults although I did not try these myself as I said I would take the whole day there if returning as it is too big to explore in three hours. If returning to Krakow this would be one of the experiences that I would definitely do again.

Bus transfer - Thermal baths were amazing, transfer was nearly a disaster but it worked out okay, be weary when booking as I had booked and paid months in advance then got a message on the day changing from hotel to bus stop which wasn’t a problem, but once we got to the bus the driver didn’t have us on the list and we couldn’t get in contact with the operators, thankfully he had 2 seats left so we were able to go but if the bus was full we wouldn’t have been able to go, bus was very small and cramped with little to no room for legs.

Crowded salt baths - The journey up to the salt baths was beautiful , stunning scenery. The salt baths were so busy, noisy and overcrowded, it was hard to enjoy them. All the hot tubs were full and people were wandering looking for spaces to squeeze in between strangers. On the plus side I enjoyed a reasonably priced meal in the restaurant Our driver was amazing, he helped me a lot as I was nervous finding my way back softer drop off. He also recommended places to visit in Krakow

Would never go there again - The bus trip was 2 hours long, each way, and we didn’t know that it was a guided tour with chatter at least 80% of the trip to the Thermal bath. The bath was crowded with kaos and like a big water park with little feeling of SPA. The restaurant was closed and the kafeteria had terrible food. There were no DJ or party feeling, as the ad promised, even though we went on a Saturday evening.the bar had few drinks that where on the menu. I would never go there again.
