Historically Fantastic Tour - Fantastic tour! Our guide and the tour was amazing! The tour and our guide was well-organized. The museum is well-curated and very interesting. It lasted exactly 1.5 hours. Our kids (15 and 12) enjoyed it too. Enjoy!

Great museum of the Krakow Jewish experience in WWII. - The first thing to know is that the Schindler factory building is no longer a factory, but a museum that chronicles the experience of the Krakow Jewish people during World War Two and anecdotally covers the contribution made by Oskar Schindler. The museum is excellent and going by guided tour is the best way to see it. The tour price covers admission to the museum and a knowledgeable guide who narrates via radio headsets so all members of the tour can hear. The explanations were in depth and the tour was about 90 minutes in length. It would have been nice to go through the museum at your own pace, however because of the size and spacing of the tour groups it would have been difficult to get through due to limited space in the museum. Going with a group also avoids standing in line to buy an admission ticket. This tour is especially good during times of inclement weather. The guide spoke excellent English and was very professional.

Quick entry, watch the film - Easy entry, beware tour guides taking up space, need to make sure you get access to what you paid to see. Excellent film in comfy cinema sets the scene for all that follows. Note the changing floor surfaces and patterns

Interesting visit but large group unadapted to the space of the museum - I expected the museum to be focused on the factory and the rescue of Jewish employees but not at all. This is focused on the History of Poland and the invasion of the Nazies, which was very interesting. Our guide was very knowledgeable although not confident in speaking English. A negative point of the visit is that the museum is very narrow and the group was too large (21 people!) for such small place. The guide was unable to show items to all the group at the same time (we had headset but of poor quality and not reusable). There was almost no seat or space it was claustrophobic at times. Either the museum needs to organise better or the tour should limit the group size because it was not adapted to the space.

It was nice to be able to... - It was nice to be able to skip the line as there was a very long cue. The tour started right on time and was very interesting. We had a hesdset which was very useful to hear the guide. The guide was good and very informative. The downside was that we were quite a big group and the rooms of the museum are not very good so it felt quite crowded. If I could, in the future I would visit during the week to avoid the crowds I recommend it if you want to learn more about the history of Krakow during WW2

Impressive. Good German guide. Mooi museum. Advance booking is required due to long queue. - Good German guide who knew a lot about Krakow and Poland during the Nazi occupation. Nice museum and very impressive. Very special that this was the original location of the factory that they also used in the film.

The guide was insightful... - The guide was insightful and a nice add to the experience; however, having the guide also prevents you from truly immersing yourself in the museum because you end up being on a clock in each area and do not have enough time to read the various descriptions and relevant details of the exhibits. It depends on what type of experience you want as the tour guide is a high premium compared to the 20 zolty standard admission. The bigger problem from our experience was that our headsets did not work for the entirety of the tour. This was a common issue in our group and the tour guide acknowledged that the head sets were not the best and were likely the problem. When paying such a premium for this experience we thought that having audio issues was a main concern and they need to be corrected for future groups.

Schindler's factory worth seeing but only WITHOUT a tour - The factory is very worth seeing and appealing to visitors. The tour, however, was more of a disappointment. The lady spoke far too quickly and talked continuously. She went through the museum so quickly that you didn't really have time to see the exhibition. You have clearly noticed that the groups are cleared as quickly as possible to make as much money as possible.
