Amazing!!! - They gave us the tickets on time outside of the factory. The museum was fantastic!!! Amazing!!! A lot of info, objects, themed rooms, audio, visual, 3D photos! Absolutely magnificent set up!

Really enjoyed the... - Really enjoyed the history of the factory and the area of krakow. Was a little disappointed there wasn't more about the factory itself and would have loved to have seen a copy of schindlers list and maybe what happened to them

Very informative....Must visit! - If you are visiting Krakow then you must visit here, it takes approx 1hr to complete a visit. We opted for a non-guided tour, although this allows you as much time as you need at every exhibit or to wander round at your own pace, I do feel you lose out on the extra knowledge from a tour guide. If you buy a skip the line ticket in the form of a voucher, you will need to wait outside until approx 5mins before your entry time when a representative with issue you with your entry ticket. Do not arrive too early as you will not be allowed to enter until your designated entry time and you have your ticket.

Good experience. More about general ww2 than Schindler and the workers - This is just a normal ticket… there’s no line to skip so don’t let that be the selling point for you! It’s good but would be better with a guided tour to get full information. There’s a lot of information about WW2 so great if you’re looking to learn more.

EXCELLENT MUSEUM BETTER TO BUY IN PERSON AT THE TICKET OFFICE - The Museum is exceptionally fantastic and needs about 3 - 4 hours to properly digest.No problem except without a guide it is a bit confusing.Buying the ticket in advance was a mistake as when I showed my online printed ticket I was told to wait outside until someone came to check this was after queuing up at the ticket office! Also it was cheaper to buy the ticket at the ticket office than online!

An absolute must visit - Chaos outside the factory with so many different your groups trying to find the correct guide to get their tickets. Inside though, a brilliant, in depth, well presented exhibition which should be a must for anyone visiting Krakow.

Good Museum but not much about the Factory - Bought tickets online the night beforehand. Worthwhile to ensure you have an entry time, but at the appointed time there was no 'line to skip'. You meet the broker agent at the museum site, 15 minutes before entry time, and he gives you the actual ticket, then you can enter. Works ok. The museum itself has a good intro video on the factory, but 90% of the museum is about the war, occupation and associated horrors. Educational and humbling but the event is mis-named, thus my "3" rating.

Great museum - more info in advance would be better - Loved the museum. A really informative trip through the history of Ww2 in Krakow and of Schindler part in it. Loved the direct testimonies throughout and it is cleverly curated to keep your interest. The 3 stars is for the ticket company - would have appreciated info in advance about where to meet the representative at the factory and it was a bit of a scrum when he turned up as a result. Other than that, we did indeed skip the queue and enjoyed the museum very much but more advance info would have made this a 5 star, instead we were anxious for the time we were waiting for the rep to show.

Not much about factory - The main reason for booking this trip was to find out more about the factory and Schindler. However there was more information as to the start war in Krakow. I found it so boring left the group as did 4 other people and did our own tour. Would have been great production lines but none of the. If you want to see Schindler do it on your own and not as a tour

SCAMMED BY VIATOR - Basically there was no skip the line.we still had to queue up only to be told we had to wait outside for a man to come with the tickets.15 minutes later in the burning sun someoneone cam with the tickets and we had to queue again.Viator will not refund our tickets and never reply to my e-mails.Also it's cheaper to buy ticket inside.
