Best trip - The guide was fabulous so much information such a good tour. I would recommend this to everyone who visits.

Great Tour - Learning about history of Poland in 2nd World War and how not just Oscar Schnidler but other brave people who helped Jewish people.

Schindler’s true story - The trip was informative & you saw bits of Schindler’s story not in the film or a myth of the film. The tour guide was very knowledgeable

More information - Would have appreciated some general area information while travelling to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Box Lunch (ham) was great value. Guide in Auschwitz was amazing.

Very knowledgeable guide - The tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate. I only wish we had a bit more time to take in the exhibits.

Amazing - Until you see the photos and live the experience I can’t really put into words how sad emotionally I felt on this tour ..but to stand in his factory ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Visit to Schindlers Factory - The tour is more about WW2 and the round up of the Jews rather than Schindler himself and the amazing things he did. The factory is not the original one. There is only approx 10 minutes of anything to do with Schindler and only one part in the factory showing his office and his receptionists room. Personally I would advise buying a book on Schindler to read about this amazing man. If you do go on this tour I would do so without a guide. The tour was rushed, no time given to look in all the rooms and read the information under the plaques/photos on the walls. The ear plugs given are connected to the guide but the interference from people walking past, other tour groups was shocking, you could not hear him and he spoke very fast, 90% had removed there earphones before we were half way through the tour. Buy your ticket and take yourself on the tour, this way you can take your time, read the information in all rooms at your leisure and have a better experience.

Not the right space for a guide tour - Unfortunately we cannot recommend this tour. The subject matter is of great importance but the execution was subpar. I do appreciate that the story itself of Oskar Schindler and the award-winning film both make it hard to create a tourist experience of equal quality, but this guided factor tour has so much potential. But change are needed. We found it next to impossible to understand our guide. The language barrier/accent was challenging, but so was the audio quality. The guide also could not easily present information with her group. Most in the group had to lag behind due to space constrictions. Also, the factory is simply packed so full it seems for a guided tour 80% removal of the items displayed would actually make the experience more rewarding and informational. Personally we felt guided tours should have been limited to just 5 people. Larger groups just don't work. Lastly, we would probably recommend this tour is you go as an individual on a self-guided basis. Many times we contemplated leaving the guided tour to walk through on our own. Looking back we wish we would have.

Disappointed - Tour group size was too big for this exhibition, could not fit in the spaces where guide was explaining exhibits and independent tourists were constantly squeezing past. It was not what I expected and Schindler's factory tour title is probably misleading as the tour does not actually include a tour of the factory as this is now an art museum.

Too big group sprinting around the exhibition - The guide was excellent and knowledgeable but group was too big. Also there was no time to actually see the exhibition. I felt that we ran through the exhibition. The guided tour didn’t compliment the exhibition. I was disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this tour.
