Knowledgeable day at Schindler Factory - Hannah was our guide for the Schindler Factory tour and was very good and was interesting to listen to. She gave everything a bit of a personal flair and very tastefully done. I appreciated that this tour covered everything that was going on in Krakow during this time period and how Schindler played a part.

Be a force for good - Visiting Schindler’s Factory Museum was a deeply moving experience. The exhibits offer a powerful account of the horrors that Poland endured during the war, bringing history to life in a way that is both emotional and thought-provoking. What stood out most to me was the story of Oskar Schindler himself. In an almost helpless environment, he managed to do his part to protect and save lives. His actions remind us that even in the darkest times, there can be a force for good. This museum is not only a history lesson, but also a testament to courage, compassion, and resilience.

- Instructions on where to meet were clear and was met by the rep on time. Our tour guide inside was Monica, she set the scene well with the historical context and gave a very engaging tour. Her English was superb and she was very knowledgeable.

Enjoyable - There was no information about waiting outside to the left of entrance awaiting a rep from the company who would then take you inside to actual tour guide I assumed I just skipped the line and went in at my booked time only to be told by a museum worker that we are to wait for said seekrakow rep outside ,tour guide was knowledgeable but felt in the way of other tourists but that is more the museum layout still it was an enjoyable tour

Great museum but wish I skipped the tour - I wish I didn’t do the tour and just didn’t the museum on my own at my own pace. It was chaos outside with people trying to find the different tours, quite disorganised and a lot of standing around. Also the tours are too big for some of the spaces in the museum so it’s quite cramped. It feels like you rush through too you don’t get a chance to read and look at things properly and I don’t feel like I learnt much new information from the tour. It’s a great museum and our tour guide was lovely and knowledgeable but I wish I went around myself so I didn’t miss anything there was to see. It’s also really not about Oskar Schindler, I wish there was more on his journey and the people he saved

Don’t do a tour of this museum - First of all, if you are going to see Schindlers factory, save your money. This museum is in the factory, and you see the outside of the building but there is only a few lines about Schindler, his desk and a staircase. That’s it. Also the tour is a terrible idea. The rooms way too small to support groups of 20 people, so you spill out of the rooms missing the dialogue. If you like museums don’t do this tour as you get no time to read or look at anything. Our tour guide was lovely and her English is very good, but I would not recommend ANY tour to this museum.

Not worth it. Go solo. - Only beneficial for skipping the line. The guide did not have headsets and was difficult to understand in English. The site was exceptionally crowded.

Don't use this company - Don't book with this company I booked a tour months ago which clearly states my times lot as 1.20pm in the afternoon. I get a phone call at 9.50am on that day asking where I am telling me that was my timeslot. It clearly wasn't my timeslot and I offered to send photo evidence of my tickets which state 1.20pm. I was told that time slot was fully booked now and I could go on the Saturday instead which was no good as we were returning home. Our group have now missed out on the schindler factory due to this company messing us around. Only good thing was we did get a refund which doesn't make up for the experience we missed.

Fake tickets - This company did not send us real tickets and we couldn’t get in without paying again. By the time it was sorted out we missed half of the tour. Completely ruined the whole visit. I’m sure that museum is worth going to but just don’t buy your tickets from this company.

Schindler Museum - disappointment - Very disappointed with this visit accompanied by a guide who aimed to tour the museum in 1h30 top chrono leaving us no time to browse documents and photos. A tip make the tour yourself without a guide.
