Last minute tour at Oscar Schindler’s Factory, courtesy of Wojtek, incorporating the Ghetto Heroes Square & empty chairs - Unsure if we would have time to do this on our last day in Krakow, we headed to the Factory and met Wojtek outside who gave us the opportunity to join a tour at 12:20, which saved queueing and meant we could grab a coffee beforehand along with visiting the Ghetto and Empty Chairs which were in close walking distance to the Factory. Wojtek was entertaining and informative making several references to the film ‘Schindler’s List’ and gave us the opportunity to ask questions about some of the artefacts and exhibitions. The tour lasted approx. 90 mins as was agreed and we loved the overall experience, thank you!

Informative guide and great tour! - Natalia was very informative, and gave a great tour. I learnt a lot about Krakow during the nazi occupation, as well as about the Schindler Factory. I highly recommend this tour, but make sure you book in advance.

A bit of history well told - I booked the tour via Get Your Guide and the communication from Discover Cracow (the company giving the tour) was very good. I got added to a WhatsApp group by Natalia, our guide. She was super clear about where to meet, giving photos etc. Natalia explained everything very well and ensured the group stayed together. She told the story of Krakow pre-WW2 and then how things changed for Poles and Jews. Going in October was good as it wasn't too busy but I would've appreciated more time to read the displays. The history is fascinating and worth every penny to be in a historic and significant location.

Guided Into History’s Darkness - I had the chance to take a guided tour of Schindler’s Factory and it was a fantastic experience. Our guide was both knowledgeable and personable, making a complex and emotional piece of history engaging and easy to follow. They provided clear context, insightful details and answered questions with patience and depth. What stood out most was how approachable the guide was. He balanced professionalism with a warm, personable style that made the group feel comfortable and connected throughout the visit. I would highly recommend booking a tour with this guide if you want to get the most out of your visit to Schindler’s Factory.

NOT Worth It - I was so disappointed in this for various reasons: 1-The guide wasn’t at the meeting place at the designated time, which is unprofessional. 2-This is a museum of Krakow’s history during WWII, with a slight mention of Oskar Schindler. 3-The guide was slightly disorganized and gave some vague information. When asked what was in a particular room, his response was that “it’s not important”. 4-The pacing was a little frenetic and all over the place. 5-The guide wasn’t engaging and the tour was rather boring. My friends and I ended up leaving about an hour into the tour because the guide just wasn’t engaging enough and questions were not encourage d.
